On line pickup doesn't work. Tried to call to see if order had gone thru. NEVER answered the phone. This place can't be that busy tht they can't answer a call. Especially after 7 attempts.
Then they don't take the Subway coupons. The Harrisburg store does and they are just 4 miles down the road. Back to the Harrisburg store from now on.

I moved to JC this year and have been to most restaurants in town. I frequent this location at least once a week - not just because the food is consistent but because they have a very down-to-earth sandwich artist named Taylor who is efficient at what she does, and also super happy to greet her customers. She knows the regulars orders by heart and always makes sure to see how people are doing. I love the sandwiches but keep coming back for how great the customer service is 😊

First off, this location does not honor Subway coupons. The produce looks like it's been sitting out for days. Lettuce was browning.
Been out of olives for a while now.
You think they go down to cash and carry and pick up a few cans the restaurant could use a deep cleaning.

Just average food .. not very good value for what u pay... service was good
Beware the produce, all of it. There's a reason it's not the right color or texture. Several of us in Junction city have gotten food poisoning at this location. Hepatitis A is transmitted thru contaminated produce. Seriously, be careful
Good food I ordered out I just picked it up. Seems like it’s pretty nice or I think it’s a good idea to go there. It’s a easy access online to order and get really good discounts.
Friendly staff. Place is looking cleaner! These kids are super kind.
Junction City location does NOT honor Subway coupons.
You have to be an absolute bozo to not allow coupons. Why do I even get coupons in my Junction City mailbox if the Junction City Subway doesn't let me use them??? Walked right out when I saw the sign.

Don’t take coupons and sandwiches seem… off.

Won't accept their own mailer coupons.
Don't bother with their app or website if you care about your food being even remotely accurate, either.

This location does not honor coupons and the workers have zero customer service, they seem bothered that you are there. Will not ever stop here again. No wonder subway is struggling, it's already too expensive even with coupons.
I do not recommend anyone stops at this Subway it is God awful. The workers are incompetent lazy and ridiculous. The food they put together in preparation is God awful. They do not accept franchise coupons and should be shut down because of the disgustingness of their employees and the restaurant as it stands. They presently have ridiculous posting signage all over every single one of their windows describing how they do not accept coupons and it is despicable. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this rude and disgusting franchise owner and drive on down 4 miles to Harrisburg where they will treat you correctly prepare your food in an accurate amount of time without being lazy and rude at the same time.
The most incompetent subway i have ever been to
