Nice lady. Please pay attention to the Customer. The one you are waiting on. The one who is telling you what he wants on his sandwich. The one who is paying money for his sandwich. The sandwich you are making. A thank you would be nice.

I ordered using the Subway app and paid on the app also. I went inside to pick up my order. You can choose to have your order brought to your car if you would like. The workers are always friendly and the food is good. The cost is inexpensive and there are ways to earn discounts and coupons to make the price even lower. There is an app for Subway to put on your phone and that is where the discounts and coupons are earned and used. Buy one foot longer and get a second foot long for half price was the one I used. The restaurant is always clean and there is usually an available table to eat at. Parking in the lot (North side) is kind of limited but there is street parking available just outside the south entrance as well.

The last time and the very last time I’ll ever visit another one, there were ants crawling around on a portable metal rack of some sort in the lobby. They had to have been in the back on or near the food. They were the little sugar ants. I let the lady at the customer service counter know and she said or didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t go to clean off the rack or anything.

When we were there, only 3 awesome ladies were working and it was lunch time so it was busy. The teamwork that I witnessed was above par.GREAT JOB!!!

Went into subway today about 3:30 to get my daughter a sandwich. The girl behind counter did not even acknowledge me. Instead of coming over to help me out she continued doing what she was doing when it clearly could have waited a couple of minutes. Then when she did help me she was very rude and did not really put anything on my daughter's sandwich. Yes I could have asked for more stuff to be put on it but I was already frustrated with the way I was being treated. Her demeanor and attitude was horrible. This is the second time I have been in that store in Junction City and that same girl waited on me both times. She had the same attitude both times. Although she is not the only employee in that store with that attitude towards their work. The customer service in that store is very bad. I say the owner needs to train their employees better or the employees need to get out of customer service work.
