I don’t write reviews but this kid with long hair under his cap, Caucasian was texting on his phone using foul language about some girl to his other co workers while my food sat at the register for 10 minutes. After he finally gave me my order I told him “so my order was there the whole time??” His reply was “we were waiting on something “. Then he slammed the window shut. NOTHING WAS PUT IN THE BAG during that time. That’s what’s wrong with that generation. No work ethic and no respect!

I can't believe how stupid this store is! Everytime I ordered here using the App they get it wrong! They can't seem to understand the simplest order! They don't write on the item what it is, so you have to open up every burrito to see what it is, and while you're waiting there to pick up your order, they ignore you standing at the counter while you're yelling at them to complete the order. I wish this store would burn and let Taco Time come back to JC!

Legitimately the worst tacobell I have the displeasure to ever go to. I keep going here, and like a fool I keep expecting a different result. But no, the staff here are perpetually confused, disorganized and act stressed when there are only 3 cars in the drive thru. I'm sitting here now at 11pm not even during rush hours, and have been in the drive thru for 17 minutes. No cars have moved. They've also been caught replacing store bought beans from Safeway next door instead of buying a re-order like they should for their products. Anytime of day, it truly doesn't matter, you'll always be waiting ages. And your order will more than likely always be missing something. Worst tacobell location ever, and it's a huge bummer this is what we have to deal with in JC.

My husband just waited one hour for his online order. The staff absolutely did not care when he showed up inside the lobby. They weren’t busy. The staff at this place needs to be replaced ASAP. Not to mention this establishment specifically is always out of certain high bought quantity of items like beef or chicken. When he got his food, it was soggy and cold. Absolutely ridiculous

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to!! I live here in Jc. They are consistently goofing off and not working. I know that because they stand right in front of the window. They send people to the front even when no one is in the line just to be slackers and take their time. I’ve started calling them out wondering why they act how they do? The other night, a kid was just freaking out angry at the window right infront of us at the window. How embarrassing. I have videos of this and can show it to whoever needs proof. WHERES YOU'RE MANAGER?
