My husband just waited one hour for his online order. The staff absolutely did not care when he showed up inside the lobby. They weren’t busy. The staff at this place needs to be replaced ASAP. Not to mention this establishment specifically is always out of certain high bought quantity of items like beef or chicken. When he got his food, it was soggy and cold. Absolutely ridiculous
I have waited for 49 minutes in the lobby and still don’t have my food. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Rude, dirty and slow.

I live here in Jc. They are consistently goofing off and not working. I know that because they stand right in front of the window. They send people to the front even when no one is in the line just to be slackers and take their time. I’ve started calling them out wondering why they act how they do? The other night, a kid was just freaking out angry at the window right infront of us at the window. How embarrassing. I have videos of this and can show it to whoever needs proof. WHERES YOU'RE MANAGER?

This place is disgusting. They don't heat things properly, the beans are always dried out, lukewarm and as thick as playdo instead of nice and hot and soft. The tortillas are always cold and stiff as cardboard. This place must be owned by the same people that own dairy Queen because the owners have destroyed the quality of that place as well

I selected to pay cash at the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. I was completely skipped over by others that ordered after me, so I left. Not cool Taco Bell.

The atmosphere was the best part because nobody else was there. The service was non existent. Not a single human said anything to me. Automated ordering, no staff at front. And food? That's a toss up. The flat bread chicken thing was horrible and the other items were typical mediocre quality.

Well this place is absolutely useless, sat in lobby for 30 minutes and watched several people get their orders, placed AFTER the orders I was picking up. 30 MINUTES! Called a manager finally annoyed. "Sorry nothing we can do". As I hear the employees cussing up a storm every time I'm there....Good job Boss!

Hire more people. If people aren't applying, offer better pay and better hours. Waiting longer for taco bell than you'd wait at a sit down restaurant is crazy. "we're understaffed" what permanently? Hire more staff lol. Not the workers fault, they're trying their best but unfortunately aren't being given the resources they need

Male employee swearing and not paying attention. Talking about completely inappropriate topics for a work place. I waited for a doordash order and someone finally helped me. The lady told him I was here waiting for an order and he said "I don't care" then proceeds to take his sweet time to prepare the order. Another lady working there was eating as she was preparing food.

They parked me and a few others yet no one went through the drive thru while we all waited. Tired of the games these places play to get their times down, too many other options to play these games!

This Taco Bell will ask you to pull around to the parking lot in order to make it look like they are "meeting their corporate turnaround tines". After that you wait 20 or 30 minutes to get your food. Keep your receipt because no one can remember what you ordered and they wander from car to car trying to find you.

I made a mistake and made a purchase through the online app but it was the wrong store,I asked for help from the Mexican gal up front but she didn't hardly speak English. I tried to explain my situation 😕 she was hard to process. I asked for a refund and she said no she can't do that,instead my order went to junction city and now I'm out $5.08. Visa ending in 7098. I called them also to cancel my order, no one helped and understood.and of course there was "no" manager or anyone to help understand the situation
