If I could rate this place a negative I would absolutely do so. The staff is rude, dismissive, lazy and ignorant. If you can wait to eat, skip this place at all costs. Junction City is a really small town to have the number of terribly staffed and operated restaurants, it’s almost unbelievable. 0/10.

I oredered on the app hours before so that way when i went on lunch at work i could just walk over, pick it up, go back to my work, eat, and still have a bit of time. Both days ive been here my food has not come out on time. There is not enough employees here to run this place efficiently. Plus the place isnt clean.

Girl in the drive through today was so rude. She kept talking over us and ignoring things we said about our order. Ended up still putting down the wrong thing after we said it 3 times while she interrupted and cut us off rudely with an attitude. The food was well made, but it was a horrible experience. Get a different job if you hate it that much.

Never had a good experience here but this was my last straw , I put in a mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived. The drive thru is much more busy than I anticipated at 10:45 pm so i go in the lobby to pick up my order. Allegedly the lobby is already closed even though everything online says it closes at 3 am. Google could be wrong sure , BUT I got told I HAD to go through the drive thru but my order would be waiting for me when I got to the window. Why on any known or unknown universe couldn’t you hand me my god damn order while I was in the alleged “closed”! lobby you forgot to lock up when it’s apparently ready which makes sense because I put the order in 20 minutes ago. But no force me to sit 15 more minutes in drive-thru while my order is already made 10/10 problem solving there. Couldn’t just hand me my order in the “closed” lobby I was in while my order was ready

I will never go to this restaurant again! This might seem little to some people but I ordered 2 crisp tacos at the kiosk which by the way is ridiculous, you need to take orders at the counter. I paid with cash at counter and got no receipt. After receiving my order I had a taco and those nasty fiesta potatoes in the bag. I told the employee I was supposed to have two tacos and not the potatoes. He said that’s what I ordered at kiosk which is bs and that he could ring up another taco…..how ridiculous! And to top it off my 1 taco for $4 was broke in four pieces.

I don’t write reviews but this kid with long hair under his cap, Caucasian was texting on his phone using foul language about some girl to his other co workers while my food sat at the register for 10 minutes. After he finally gave me my order I told him “so my order was there the whole time??” His reply was “we were waiting on something “. Then he slammed the window shut. NOTHING WAS PUT IN THE BAG during that time. That’s what’s wrong with that generation. No work ethic and no respect!

I can't believe how stupid this store is! Everytime I ordered here using the App they get it wrong! They can't seem to understand the simplest order! They don't write on the item what it is, so you have to open up every burrito to see what it is, and while you're waiting there to pick up your order, they ignore you standing at the counter while you're yelling at them to complete the order. I wish this store would burn and let Taco Time come back to JC!
