Bought 2 of their specials. We always have had large great portions. We did not receive adequate portions/food. When I called about this they were very defensive. They let me know i could come back in for 1 more egg roll but that was it. Unfortunately its an establishment we will no longer visit.
Food is very bland, I've eatin here several times as it is my parents favorite place. The food is not the best, I'm sure some things are better then others, chow mein is mediocre, the kung pow is like nothing I've ever had, the sauce doesn't even taste like kung pow sauce. And the store fry is chulk full of celery.... I've never ate a kung pow with celery. The egg rolls are fresh out of the box from the freezer. The fried prawns

Been dining at Tin Sing for 24 years. Moved away in 2019 and every time I’m back I make it a point to eat there. The is food constant as it was then and now. For me it’s comfort food, the staff has ALWAYS been courteous and helpful.
I think that Tin Sing has the best tasting Chinese food in the Eugene area.

First, getting this out of the way, the place is pretty dated in it's appearance and decor. I do take-out, so this doesn't bother me.
But, hands-down, no hesitation, best Chinese food I've ever had. The egg rolls are magical, I've never had another one that was close to being as good. Super fast, like ridiculous fast. Prices are reasonable.

First time back to Tin Sing since 2013. Was one of my mom's favorites. Combination lunch was very good and the server was outstanding. Very friendly and organized even though restaurant was quite busy. Definitely warrants a return trip when traveling down from Salem.

Great meal and great staff for a reasonable price. Plus, they have THE BEST pork and shrimp egg rolls EVER!!! Love this place.

Not impressed with their food especially the greasy fried stuff.
I have become a regular here. I make a point to visit Tin Sing when I am near. The food is incredible. The portions are generous. The service is wonderful. A fabulous experience every time. I love this place!😍
I’m pretty sure my family and I ordered half of the menu last night! Each and every entrée was delicious, fresh and abundant! They even made sure we got extra sauce galore. We found our new favorite spot for dinner!

Far too many options on the menu, with no descriptions of what things actually contain.
The food had too much sauce, and the sauce was very thick and just tasted salty more then anything else. The rice wasn't very good either. There were some flies in the restaurant, I get that it was peak August, but still was kinda gross.
