Bed bugs in two of the rooms we stayed in. Managers don’t speak any English. They have to call their daughter to translate. She didn’t believe us about the bedbugs. Don’t think we’ll be back. I hope Linn County does something.

The rooms were nice and so was the guy at the desk.

The stay was semi quiet and the rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The issue is having someone that works here just walking into our room while my family is sleeping. No one knocked or said anything.

Place was ok. It was 30 degrees out (daytime) when we checked in. The old man kept us standing outside while he took his time turning on his computer sitting in his office. He mumbled under breath and didn’t communicate well with me and husband. Website makes the area looks nice and safe. But once we got there, looks sketchy. Double check your car peeps.The room was alright. Clean and comfortable enough just for a few days. Though the two cushion sitting chairs were stained with who knows what (I don’t want to know really!) Not a place where we’ll go back to.

As we were checking out they went and checked the room as they always do. We paid cash so we had to pay a $25 deposit as well. After he checked our room he proceeds to tell me that we won't be getting our deposit back because there are stains on the towels. We asked to see their refund policy and they don't have one so the owner or whoever proceeded to call the cops because we are upset we can't get our $25 deposit back. So we shall see how this goes. Nevernagain we will pay to stay at a place that can't afford to keep up on their hotel

We checked in at about 9 pm on June 12 and they seemed friendly at the desk, and we went to bed pretty quickly. We woke up this morning with the bed we were sleeping in covered in ant, I'm sure we were as well, the other bed, the bathroom and everything that we left out of our suitcase covered in black ants. I imidately went and told the man at the front desk there were bugs and he asked "black ants?" I zoomed in on the picture and it was, I hadn't even known walking down there so they knew! He just said "don't worry I'll change the sheets" and I Said that's not enough they are everywhere and he said he would block it off for a day, but I really doubt that is going to happen. No apologies or anything for probably the grossest way we could possibly wake up. It was room 219, so do NOT take that room, or if you do tear it apart before you bring your stuff in, we have to go get canned air to clear them out of my laptop and a laundry mat for all of the close that we left our before we can check into a new hotel for the night. I'm literally so ichy and grossed out I can't put it into words
