Pretty decent Thai food, but the worst service in town. We usually order to-go, which is fine given the already minimal customer service, but today we decided to dine in. Of the two waiters on shift, Lee was ours. This guy genuinely seemed to hate his job, or maybe just hated Asian families, despite being Asian himself. He had a constant angry glare: glaring while taking our order, glaring when dropping off our food, and glaring again when we asked for to-go containers. Is asking for containers really that offensive? Beats me. We were never checked on or asked how we were doing. The other waiter, made us wait for her by taking away our dirty dishes before we had even got the check OR the to-go containers, so weird. Lee managed to make the entire dine-in experience uncomfortable and disappointing. We’ll either never support this restaurant again or only ever order to-go from now on. Just thinking about this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

9 Thai restaurant has unethical practices of pricing for their foods. They don’t bring the order bill to the table but want you to pay at the front. And the cashier at the front will just tell you the total cost for the foods, which will include the cost of the foods and an 18% automatic charge for what they called Gratuity tax. Most people don’t check their receipts. But if you check your receipt, you will see that the price for the foods you ordered will be higher than the price that is listed on the menu. And the gratuity charge or tipping should be optional for the customers. Will never support this restaurant again!

They rush you out the door like they don't want you there. It's very annoying and rude. Their food is good, but I feel like I'm being borderline harassed. They peek over the booth every 5 minutes, trying to get you to leave, even when the restaurant is blatantly nowhere near full.

9Thai is one of the best restaurants in town. The food is great, but the service is questionable. Came in with my family on a Sunday night. There were a few table occupied so we decided to stay and order. The time was 7 and we had just finished riding our bikes so we first went in to wash our hands and use the restroom. As soon as we walked in, Lee (that’s what he said his name was), told us that he would be closing the restroom right after and that we wouldn’t be able to use it again. That comment rubbed me the wrong way but we decided to stay. Mid meal, my daughter seemed very uncomfortable and was afraid to tell me that she wanted to use the restroom. Without hesitation, as soon as she mentioned it I got up and escorted her to the restroom. Lee seemed to have a problem with it but I did not give him a chance to engage. This is not the first time this man has ruined our experience. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder or simply hates his job. I’ve been a server before and would never treat someone with such disrespect and still expect a tip. The rest of the staff is nice and courteous, but this guy just ruins it for me. Now we just order to go to avoid him.
Fresh and flavorful. Large portions at a good price. Authentic Thai flavors. Friendly, fast service. Both dine in and take out is a great experience.

Great Thai food. My partner and I were visiting From out of town for the weekend and ate here twice. The first day we ate Thai from a different restaurant and it was honestly the worst Thai food we’d ever eaten. You can trust this place to serve great, authentic Thai food. Highly recommend the pumpkin curry and the Pad eggplant! Mango sticky rice is also yummy
