We Went to Baskin-Robbins Westburn Way, Klamath Falls , not the first time and my prior visit was a similar experience, but this was the last time !! This is the filthiest, dirtiest , nastiest, business in town hands down . I can only hope the ice cream wasn’t a reflection of what I saw. that place is a Flippin mess. And every crack and crevice was full of dirt , dried up ice cream , and cracker crumbs unbelievable and the windows you can hardly see through for all the fingerprints and smudges . And the aroma that the place had didn’t remind me of ice cream. I will never go back. The only reason I gave it one star is so you wouldn’t think I forgot to rate it at all. Too bad our only ice cream shop has to look so disgusting.

Every single time I go in to buy ice cream the employees are very rude. They never smile and it seems to bother them when they are asked for an item that requires using the blender. Today I went in and got a milk shake and they blended it too much it was like drinking milk. They always seem to be in a bad mood. Never have I ever gone in and received good customer service. My advice is if you are going to work with the public learn how to appreciate and be nice.. Thanks to the public you have a job if you dont like people look for a different job.

the ice cream is so yummy! but a lot of the girls don’t wear their hair up and we found a hair in our ice cream :( they also tend to touch a lot of surfaces then will touch your cone and the scoop without washing their hands or putting on gloves :(

Skip if you have allergies. Ice creams are mixed up and some have dropping from others. Offer a dairy free but it had visible large droppings of the ice cream beside it that’s not dairy free.

Anyway to give them negative stars. I called asking to order a cake for the weekend on a Wednesday, website says 48 hours so you'd think I would be good. But anyways I stated I was wanting to order a cake for Saturday and the lady was like "OK." Then I stated what cake I wanted to order and then she says "We are not taking anymore orders for the weekend." Like why couldn't you tell me that when I said I wanted to order a cake foe the weekend and be done with it, but no had to waste my time and say "OK." Obviously these people are completely incompetent and have not a clue. Do not go here. Probably couldn't even spell your name right.

It looked like the Employees were overworked and one of them was no older than 14. The strawberry milkshake that I ordered was white, filled with mostly milk and the taste was very faint. Not the best place for milkshakes but the ice cream is pretty good! The atmosphere was crowded and overall a little stressful to be in. Overall, do not come here if you want a good milkshake.

Worst Service ever. Yes they were super busy probably due to DQs blizzard machine being down. The employees acted like everyone was an inconvenience. And rushed through your order. I got told they were out of a flavor when it was a brand new container sitting there. While waiting in line to order the scoops the girl told me they were "Out Of". I saw the young man take a $5 bill out of the tip jar and put it in his pocket. I also observed another customer receive the wrong thing and was just ignored. You couldn't even get a hello when you walked in. Or a smile!

The lady behind the counter was not friendly at all I went in with my family no one was in there and she treated us as if she didn’t want us there won’t be going back. She wouldn’t even acknowledge my kids whatsoever

Been in there twice recently and both times the woman behind the counter acts as if it's an inconvenience to serve you. You would think if no one was in your shop you might at least smile( at least once) at the one customer that is there. You couldn't even bring yourself to smile at a 4 yr old.

The curly haired guy is the most rude and bitter person ever. The place is always dirty and he's always hiding in the back .. when he can can be cleaning . For how much money they charge , their customer service should be a priority.

Pretty disappointing to spend $5+ on a mint chocolate chip shake for it to be 90% milk and watery flavored. Had absolutely no thickness. The two people working had the looks on their faces, tone in their voices, and body language of "I don't want to be here and I hate my job". Either they need to train employees to have better customer service skills and attitudes while at work or they should quit.
