Don't ever hire them for an event. They can NOT keep up on orders. My husband and I waiting over an hour and a half for 2 burgers and fries. It was ridiculous!!! Won't ever be going here!

The service and the food are both great. Burgers are cooked well and not greasy, portions are on the large size and very filling, their fries are the best! I’ve had the Hawaiian burger, without the ham, twice now and it is fantastic, if it had ham and was bigger there’s no way I’d be able to finish it. We highly recommend Big Mama’s Burgers

The food at Big Mamas is the absolute best! I was sad when David’s closed and I couldn’t find a good burger anywhere. Little did I know the food was available on their food truck located on Washburn. I’m so excited and I highly recommend Big Mama’s Burgers

I asked what burger they recommended, and was told it depended what I like. These places like to make life challenging, don't they? ;) I replied with my standard "if you had to choose a burger to suggest, what would it be?". She appeared to consider it for a moment and then said "The Hawaiian is really good!". She started to list alternatives, but I stopped her and said "First one that came to your mind was Hawaiian, so let's go with that!" Hawaiian it was to be.
The burger was ready in a short ten minutes or so, and I went home immediately to see what I'd gotten myself into. What I believe to be a homemade bun, burger patty, ham, pineapple, Swiss cheese, purple onion, tomato, pickles and lettuce, sat before me waiting to impress my taste buds.
Fast forward to an empty plate and I mean EMPTY - like no one is around so who will see you lick the juices and remnants clean off the plate empty! ;) This was one fantastic burger! If this is an example of blending fruit on a burger, by all means, throw a fruit salad on those puppies! 😁 I am a convert now to the whole pineapple and ham don't have to destroy a perfectly good meal way of thinking!
A+ for flavor combination! This burger was messy! We're talking an 8+ on the gonna-end-up-on-your-lap scale. This one requires leaning over a plate to catch anything that falls out (and the drippings) so eating in the car would probably be out unless you have a bib! It's also very filling - I would not choose to get sides with it, personally!
So good that I would not hesitate to order the exact same thing again! Pineapple with meat? Bring it!
Friendly service, easy location, awesome food - what's not to love?! This is one of the best burgers in town and easily one of the best burgers I've ever had!

This was what we needed after a long day of traveling. It was a good burger and the convenience of having it delivered to our Airbnb was perfect. We ordered the “Big Mama Burger” with Spicy sauce. Pretty good. Definitely hit the spot.
