I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times, when you can't even succeed at making a simple burger well more than half the time it's time to do some self reflection. A customer should not have to wonder if their food will be edible. Go somewhere else they don't deserve your business.

How to next one experience?I've been eating there since I've been over here in Cape falls.If we're talking about the one that's on 3030 6st Yes, I have an excellent experience.Every time I eat there.They take care of me.They got good deals.
The management in the team are excellent people.I haven't gotten a bad meal there.And I've been in town for 12 days.And I've been eating there days 99 a couple of times a day while we're looking and working on equipment and things so yeah, it rock and rolls, the old Baron says yes, if you're gonna get something quick.I suggest the burger king on 3030 6st

Service is just ok, they never put napkins in go orders, food was just ok. They must have it on a warmer, done way to fast. They do not answer phones

I had the worst chicken sandwich it was so dry there was no mayo on it the lettuce was wilted and turning brown. And it took way to long for drive thru.

Ok so when i have a complaint about a place or something that didn't make me happy. I challenged myself to say, one good thing, before bashing the bad, but the girls in the front taking orders. We're great. The food service was poor when I ask not to have sauce on a burger. Because she's allergic to it. It's simple, don't do it? So in the drive through, they handed me a burger in a bag. I swiftly checked it just to make sure and guess what it had sauce Mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup. I have pictures to prove that I ordered no sauce. And simply, they took the burger to the back and scrape the sauce off. There's still mayonnaise on my bun, not happy and this was night, crew, today's date is June thirtieth. Sad to see such a good place go to...... and I did have it at a four star before.Can I take that back

Honestly one of the best Burger Kings I've ever been to. I got the Double Texas whopper and it was so big, hot, fresh, and juicy with tons of fresh toppings including all my 3 special requests! I got a $1 LG fry with the app that was perfect! So hot and crispy! Man, I wish all BK were this good! The staff was friendly and good at what they do!

The lady that took my order acted like she didn't want to be there and somehow forgot to put half my order in the bag.

Food was cold and horrible. Fries were not fresh. Whopper bun was burnt. Meat tasted boiled or microwaved not broiled. Sandwhiches were squashed and not well presented. Service was terrible. They didn't answer the phone when I called about missing items and to report the terrible food. No receipt was given. I believe on purpose so they didn't get a bad bk experience review. The service and food are generally terrible at this location on weekend evenings. This experience took the cake. Worst yet. Could have had a sit down meal at a decent restaurant for what we paid for this horrible food and service. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
Not a big fan of paying more than 8 dollars for a burger but at least it was the best Burger King burger I have ever had so I did not mind forking out 15 dollars it was worth it
