They got our order wrong after repeating it 3 times. Then had us pull in front to wait for the order and forgot about us; we had to go back and ask for it.

Staff doesn't speak English! is super rude is u don't understand them & was even cussed at in Spanish & called a clown as I speak Spanish I confronted drive thru worker he said he was manager & shut window n my fave will never ever return

The teens were closing the lobby early while we sat in the lobby at 8:30pm. He was flinging the chairs across the floor, and not a few but all 30 chairs in the lobby being pushed to one side like a game. Then another teen employee came out of the restroom yelling that he is gonna hate cleaning the bathrooms. And then went in to details of what could be wrong in there. Then they were taunting each other with chairs, talking inappropriately. We were the only customers in the lobby, I get being teens making work tolerable but not in front of customers.
Today I discovered Burger Kings onion ring sauce I've been eating onion rings at Burger King for 20 years I didn't know about this until Richard the manager who was working the window shared this information with me and I must say I was having an absolutely terrible day and just such friendly customer service and this is zesty sauce completely changed what was going on and I have to give it to you guys at the Burger King on South 6th Street you guys rocked it thanks for putting some pet back in my stepYour customer service skills are appreciated by this returning customer

Have not been to fast food in a long time. Had a diet coke, and it it cost $4.19. I'm guessing it cost so much because they are giving away 2 burgers for $5. Never again
It is, after all, Burger King. I like it. Fast and friendly, good food.
Well it's sure looks like it did 20 years ago on the outside .. the prices and the remodel inside have changed...but it's a good place to eat
