The people are nice. The food is edible
When going to a fast food restaurant things may not always go to plan but when you call and you go again (at your convenience) and they go above and beyond to make it right . It re solidifys your business with them . At least for me. In thanks to Manager Amanda the epitome of customer service.

My chicken strips and both my large fries were burnt, and tasted like the oil needed changed. 2 of the pieces of "chicken" in my 5 piece were the size of my thumb and mostly breading. The burger looked smashed. Very upset by this visit

Best CJ in the state, truck stop convenience old school quality
I was treated very well I was most impressed with the quality of the food it was hot and fresh and it's not that common that fast food restaurants get it right but this place did the worker named Miggy took very good care of me. And the young lady named Melissa both were very polite kind and helpful and attentive. All these fast food places not just Carl's often don't get it right the food is either cold it's old or improperly prepared and you can tell the people who care when they prepare food from the people who don't care and these people do care! Kud is to them!

Was served raw hamburger the cheese was hard the service was the worst I’ve seen it is as if we are in a bar everyone is yelling at each other in the kitchen

This Carl's Jr is in the Love's truck stop an open 24/7, nice Love's truck stop, I always like staying at this truck stop when I'm in Klamath falls Oregon. The truck parking lot is a pretty good size one, and the Love's TKS it's just before the northbound scale house.

I ordered onion rings and only got 3. And it was like five bucks for onion rings.I would like a whole box of onion rings a case of onion rings and they were cold
the lady at the counter so so sweet and helpful and knew everything about what all was on the menu! I got loaded fries, a big carl and a large drink for like $12 it was all amazing and the service was 10/10 this is now my fave place to eat in town

Jasso was so kind, it is rare to see someone so nice in fast food nowadays! He greeted every guest and was so sweet. Give him props!
