The big cheeseburger was made sloppy and was luke warm. There was hair in the cheese. Didn't eat the burger other then 2 bites that were spit out. My husband's spicy chicken was hot and so was the zucchini. The 2 ladies at the counter were nice. Didn't go back because we were already on the road and honestly wouldn't eat here ever again.

Got a steak and egg breakfast burrito @04:30 I don't know how long it's sat around but it was old the shell just crumbled, tossed it went over to Pilot and got myself some Subway

Not blaming this particular Carl's Jr but over all. Carl's Jr is not what it once was. The quality has gone down compared to what it was over a decade ago.
Carl's Jr has become the most expensive fast food chain there is out there, therefore I refuse to eat at their establishments anymore.

Stopped for gas and a quick lunch. Employees were very friendly and offered suggestions. I tried the chicken strips and found they were good.

If there would be an option for giving you guys zero star I would have done that. Yesterday I got chicken wrap from you guys. And it contain dog hairs on it. Today when I went to complain about this the guy working in night shift told me , he is newly hired he can’t do anything. This is there way to attend customers. These people don’t follow proper protocols please don’t get your food from them.

Whoever made the burgers at about 11:30 today needs a raise because they're too poor to pay attention. We ordered two star burgers light on the sauce apparently they don't know what light on the sauce is. The only good experience out of it was the man at the window was very kind actually had a decent personality.

Staff does not seem to be properly trained to service the customer at level one would expect for paying $10 for two big burgers. And I only order those because they were out of chicken tenders going into a holiday weekend. And can someone explain to me why I had to wait for drive order to be taken before me when there was no one in drive when I stepped up to the register? What a joke! I should’ve went to the clown or the King down the street to get my food because your star did not shine bright tonight.

Nathan (pic) spent time complaining about not having enough people than actually taking care of business. The then removed a glove to hand Elaine her order and put the glove back on his hand and went back to work. He told Kirishna to take drive order while I had already been waiting in line in the lobby with no one in drive when I stepped into line. Nathan continued to prepare orders with and without gloves. He finally stepped up to take my order after about 10 minutes only to inform there was no chicken tenders. Every time.I stop.at this place there is an employee complaining about their job
Customer service is awful. Kirishna was the only one who seemed to actually like being there. I ended up not eating and was on my way to Bend, Oregon at 10:54 at night. Thanks Nathan, you suck! And how are you out of chicken tenders on a Friday before a holiday weekend?!
My boyfriend went in and ordered. Received the same service where he told Kirishna to take drive over the customer in the lobby who had been waiting with no one in drive at the time.
I would like to speak to an area supervisor.
