Monday morning I am just exploring before driving to Salem. Popped in this little gem of a breakfast diner. The chef whipped together a chorizo egg burrito. I shared it. Enough for two.
The chorizo was delicious. Eggs fluffy, like pillows. Please come get one today or soon.
