Two things:
1. My friend got food poisoning here.
2. I was briefly parked in Dagwoods' parking lot while trying to move cars around. A lady who works there was belligerent and threatened to call the cops even though I was making it clear that I was moving soon. That behavior is unacceptable. Small businesses cannot thrive if they are threatening customers (of which I had been one many a time, but no longer). If it were just a one time food poisoning I would not leave a bad review, but threatening customers instead of talking civilly is not okay.

I was very impressed with the homemade buns and the overall taste of the burger. True to the Dagwood name, this burger was stacked and delicious! My buddy and I were originally going to go somewhere else, but we were thrilled that we decided to go here. Dagwoods has become my newest official stop whenever driving through Klamath Falls.
Dagwoods used to be amazing. Today I had to send my whimpy burger 3 times. I don't get what they don't about BURN IT. I don't like pink inside the burger. Never will I eat there again

I thought trying a new place today would be fun normally I go to BRAWNY’S burgers but I’d figured I’d try something new.
Since the moment of being greeted I could notice the service and interactions would be below average. Not to friendly or family place and more expensive just to feel unwelcome and unsatisfied.

We had a group of 14 that showed up out of the blue 8/19) and he was amazing! Every order was accurate. Every shake & pop accurate. It was made timely. He was polite & courteous. All of made comments throughout the evening about how yummy the food was and how we had a very positive experience. Highly recommend!!!
Parking: There are about 7 parking spots plus 1 handicap parking. It was plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: We had a 4 month old, 11 years - 25 years, 40+ in our group (4 generations) and felt the restaurant catered to all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap parking spot. We do have a handicap person with us, but not a wheelchair user. The space is wheelchair friendly.
Quaint unassuming burger joint. Service was friendly and quick. Food was delicious! Party of 14 people raided the place and they handled us gracefully and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Klamath Falls!
