It's just hard to go here when every time they mess up your order. Chicken strip basket with the warm gravy. Thanks for the ranch... Not what I ordered. Seems like every time I've gone here they've messed up. Maybe someday they'll hire people that care about their job.

I feel the service or attitude in staff has declined over the last cpl yrs. They seem rushed or impatience when taking orders. I ordered a & the base was choc ice cream. Used 2b vanilla. One time they ask me what flavor base I wanted.Parking: Not alot of parking available. Drive thru is often long & slow. Many seen pulling out of line & leave.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Best banana split and the chili dogs were good. Service was fast. They all deserve raises.

We come here every single weekend in the summer, and sometimes week nights for special occasions. I am so glad the DQ is in Klamath Falls!
