Those FISH TACOS 🌮 are on point! For a fast food restaurant im not expecting a gourmet taco but they are so consistent. Gresham, Portland, Clackamas, and now K-Falls. Every time they do a great job for a quick, tasty fish tacos with lime 🔥🔥🔥 i got 3 and was ready for work 💪 I ❤️ Del Taco for this exact reason. Consistent and quality. I never feel like after Taco Bell . Not once not ever. K-Falls your lucky you got a Del Taco 🙌

Bathroom water was ice cold. Haha. Service was quick and the young man taking the order was pleasant. The tables could have been cleaned up but overall a nice place with quick service.

My two experiences with them the first one they got my order wrong, and the second one I went through the drive-thru and it was after 7:00 and the website and everything says they open the drive-thru at 7:00 and nobody took my order nobody was in there there was only a couple of girls running around in the lobby on their phones, it look like they were doing tiktok videos or something like that. I thought if a place says they open at 7:00 they should be open at 7:00. Maybe somebody managerial needs to keep an eye on what they're doing or not doing. so far I'm not impressed.

All the workers clearly had more important things to talk about rather than serve decent food. I get that it's a fast food place, but my burrito was literally slop. Fries were saltier than all of the Himalayan salt on earth combined. However my food was out instantly, and as the customers dwindled some got to work. Others got on their phones.

How do you rate service? After being told last time that a big order with special orders (PLAIN) would be better if dine in and not drive through, we walked in this time. Our order taker gets a 5 because we ordered and the cashier took the time to verify it with me and then tells the cook/assembly person exactly what was special ordered and repeats it to them also. After getting my order, it was wrong, no changes. Order taker had left for the day. The cook checked the order and realized he got it wrong and started over. New drive thru person tried to help. Had to wait again. Other part of order, no guacamole, on a single burritto was correct.
I want to be specific. The weekday shift is amazing, they deserve five stars. They're polite on top of their game and quick. I never have any issues and if I do the immediately fix it no questions asked. Emily the manager is awesome! The reason I took a start off for everything is because the night shift and the weekend shift is as good. But all in all, I eat there more than any other fast food place in Klamath Falls when I do get fast food.

place reminds me of being drunk late night back iny hometown Oxnard, CA and going to del taco to grub, this place is deffinetly a good place to eat for fast food
