We waited for half an hour and left feeling very disappointed. While they eventually brought my burger and my child’s meal, my wife’s order never arrived. I had been looking forward to dining there, but after this experience, I don’t think I will be returning. The service was extremely poor.

I ordered dinner (almost never do that here) breakfast is usually really great. I ordered the top sirloin with mashed potatoes and sweet corn. My potatoes were cold. My medium well steak was luke warm (at best) to the touch right after it was set on the table. The cold steak didn't taste very good at all. The sweet corn was the only part that was actually hot/ or warmer than cold. The server was pleasant this time. The atmosphere was warm, I don't think they repaired the AC problem they were experiencing months ago when I last stopped in. It's really a hit or a miss for getting good food and good service at this location.

I placed an order from Denny’s totaling $107, and even had to place a second order for one of the burgers I forgot meaning I ended up tipping twice ($21 total of the 107 I paid was tip). Unfortunately, both of our bacon burgers arrived without any bacon at all, and the fries were way overcooked. My daughters said her French toast was unedible It was completely burnt on one side and not cooked at all on the others side the edge was still raw.
The biggest disappointment was the Philly omelet. There were no bell peppers, the steak was in giant chunks, the cheese was only on half of it, and it wasn’t holding together like an omelet should. The eggs were overcooked and overly greasy, which made it inedible for me I ended up giving it to my kid who will eat anything instead of having dinner myself.
I’m still giving 4 stars because I’ve eaten here at night before and usually have a great experience, especially with the night cook who makes my eggs perfectly (I even tip him an extra $5 just for that). I’m guessing this was just a different cook or a bad night, but for the amount I paid, the wait time, and the quality of this order, it was a real letdown or I wouldn't be taking the time to complain. It's just two expensive for three of four of us to have gross food.

I go to try and have a nice meal but before we even sit down she asked what to drink which nothing wrong but then I look at the utensils and when I tell you there dirty they are it barley looked like they were washed and keep in mind I had chicken tenders not hard to mess up it tasted pretty bad and I didn't even get to say yes or no I was going to try a different drink but she just randomly came and gave me a drink

We came here on July 8th late in the evening after a long day at Crater Lake. Service was really good, they checked on us regularly, were friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice with other groups of friends, couples, and families enjoying late night dinners. Workers could be seen both working hard and having fun together which makes the environment there more inviting. Food was great and we left there full and happy!

The restaurant is bright and clean. The service was courteous and efficuent. The coffee was good. They had French vanilla creamer. I ate the red, white and blueberry pamcske grand slam. My companion had eggs benny. Our meals were served hot and tasted fresh and delicious.

Took way too long to get seated, not a big deal but the worker made it seem like I was an inconvenience to be there at midnight. Next he tried seating me on an uncleaned table, literally bits of onion goop from the previous customer. He took the menu and swiped off the bits on the table missing the onion goop. An establishment ill never go back to cause if they cant even clean the tables, i don't want to find out how they cook their food. I was really in disbelief and i literally left in disgust. I have heard that this place might be closing but I'm not sure if that's true. If so it would he kinda sad. It's nothing special but you know what you're getting when you go there. Just basic dinner food that's still pretty reasonably priced. I don't see what the problem is. I don't go here often but at least you know exactly what to expect.

I had the worst experience at the klamathfalls Dennys today an today is Christmas 2 different waitress were 100% out of line even the manager was a joke like who hires these people anyways I was there with my two children 4,5 yrs old the waitress came bk more then once harassing me into making a order I clearly wasn’t ready my kids were opening there gifts I was being nice to the waitress asking for more time then she walked away saying something rude under her breath I told her she doesn’t need to be doing that cuz I’m not gonna allow that in front of my children she continued I told her she won’t so that then she went an said I was being rude an got me an my two toddlers kicked out nothing else open cuz she wanted to lie an the place wasn’t even busy there was other tables open there was no need for it this place is ran by incompetent fools I don’t recommend it at all the manager allowed the waitresses to talk to a paying customer I would have paid if given the chance but they wouldn’t even let me talk if they had cameras they would see the waitresses is lying what a joke I was completely humiliated I was so angry all I wanted to do was visit with my children and they ruined Christmas not only for me but for my kids thanks Dennys
