Domino's Pizza

Five years ago, I stumbled into the Domino’s app with the hunger of a raccoon at a dumpster buffet. Bless its heart, my order has never once arrived late. Not once. I could set my watch by that delivery tracker.

Now, do they always nail the toppings? Well… sometimes my pepperoni is shy, sometimes my mushrooms are ambitious. But you know what? Whatever shows up at my door just works. It’s hot, it’s cheesy, it’s edible math, and it solves the problem I had 30 minutes ago.

So here I am, still ordering. Not just for the pizza, but for the comfort of knowing that when life is messy, Domino’s is predictably… unpredictable—but punctual.

As for the garlic bread twists, Lord have mercy, those things are like breadsticks that joined Cirque du Soleil. Still, Domino’s: come for the pizza.

More and more, I’m genuinely impressed with Domino’s. I know these jobs don’t always pay a lot, but the employees consistently work incredibly hard. Every time I visit, they’re fast, friendly, and on top of things.

Our pizzas were made perfectly this time hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. We got a great deal using the available coupons, and ordering through the app was super convenient. By the time we arrived, the pizzas were nearly ready. The whole process has just gotten smoother and more efficient over time.

I also really appreciate the level of customization now available in the app. Being able to remove the garlic seasoning (which can bother some people’s digestion) or add extra sauce is a thoughtful option that goes a long way.

My only small complaint is about the toppings: when I select “extra tomatoes,” I actually want extra tomatoes. That detail still seems to get overlooked a bit. But otherwise? Everything was spot-on and phenomenal.

The manager Taylor is extremely rude and arrogant. She chose to cause attitude instead of acting like an adult and handling a situation which was an easy fix... She clearly doesnt listen nor should she work with the community acting like that....Disgusted..

UPDATE: THE (MANAGER) WHO WAS LYING AND LAUGHING AT ME AND THE SITUATION WITH OTHER STAFF MEMBERS BRAGGING THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE ANYWAYS (MIND YOU SHE THOUGHT I WAS GONE AND SHE HAD NOT REALIZED I HAD CAME BACK IN THE STORE LISTENING TO WHAT SHE WAS SAYING) IS NAMED STEPH, HER CO WORKERS CONFIRMED SHE GAVE A FALSE NAME.
Staff members seemed to be pretty embarrassed yet being use to the “MANAGER STEPH” wrong doing people.

(Alyssa) is what she said her name was after refusing to give me her name. She lied about having my order than admitting she did, she lied about taking my debit card payment which I had PERSONALLY called the store to pay and then she went on admitting she took it but would refund, she lied about why she didnt deliver my order after payment was received and then admitted yet to another lie and stated she had a store to close and was not going to go out of her way to come back to deliver my order, I asked her for her name because I stated i was going to personally come in next day to complain and she laughed and said she was not going to get introuble anyway. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CAUGHT HER IN MULTIPLE LIES. WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.

The Pizza was perfect just as I ordered it, ready on time. But the staff always seem pissed off.

I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza. I asked for half no onion Husband picked up. 3 pieces had no chicken and the whole pizza no onion. Had very little scattered chicken. I talked to the manager. She said she made it herself. I was very unhappy with her remark and told her for $20 I will never order there again. I feel I didn’t get what I wanted and she’s not nice. Poor service

Every single time I order a pizza with more than two toppings I only get a pizza with two toppings. Tired of credits make the pizza right the first time. Read the screen, comprehend what it says then make the pizza correctly why is this a difficult concept? So sick of having to complain!! Do better who manages this place? Hire people that can read and comprehend.

We have an overall good experience with our Dominos here. The staff members are hard workers, kind and observant. They seem to be a good team who work well together. They make the business look good and that's not something you see everyday in our town.

It's easy to order pizza through the app. Fast service, tasty pizza.

Everytime I order, they've been forgetting the extra pepperoni on my pizza, everytime, not a good idea when working in food.
I'm about to stop going to Dominos all together.
