I just moved to this area, and went to grab a coffee yesterday. Unfortunately, this is the worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. It took a long time for them to process the 2 or 3 cars ahead of me (no big deal, because I was not in a rush), but the young lady that waited on me was not friendly whatsoever. I prefer to have my transaction short and pleasant, but it was neither. I was not greeted with a “hello” nor a “thank you” or a “sorry it was taking an average of about 5minutes per care ahead of you” and it appeared as if my patronage of this establishment was not welcomed or appreciated, judging by this young lady’s facial expressions. I understand that people have bad days sometimes, but it’s important to leave that at the door when you are working in the service industry. I would not have felt right about not leaving a tip, and I don’t feel right about the tip that I did leave, based on the service I received (and that is not a pleasant experience). I might give this location one more try at some point, in the hopes that what I experienced yesterday was a one-off.

Incredibly inconsistent drinks - espresso is constantly cold, and watery (I watch them pull shots and they look bad) I ask for macchiatos and get lattes. Staff is a bunch of kids that don’t really understand coffee.It’s ok for a hot coffee flavored milkshake if that’s what you’re into - but if you actually enjoy coffee - don’t go.Also / two giant lanes with no order ahead station and they merge into one lane anyway, and you have to wait to order at the window ??? Who designed this monstrosity?
