I ordered hot chocolate and wound up with some coffee drink. I do not like coffee at all. Went back the next day and they replaced my drink correctly. I would have given them 5 stars for food otherwise.
The Sunday crew at Dutch Bros truly made my day. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring attitude went above and beyond with my order. It’s so rare to see people genuinely connecting and engaging with others instead of being distracted, and that’s a vibe in itself.
This was my go to Dutch Brothers .. but lately we'll for a while now .. they just don't cut it. There beyond slow! 15 ppl working in that building and it takes forever to get out drinks ready. And for the most part most Dutch Bros are happy go lucky .. not here!!!!
