love the new salad bar fajitas are the best in town

To be fair we got there at 7pm and I tried two different pieces of prime rib and couldn’t even cut it much less chew it. You think since I only ate ice cream he wouldn’t have charged me a full buffet price even after he asked how it was and I told him I was sooooo dry and he took my plate. Not worth $22!!!

Mexican buffet under $20: taco bar with ground taco meat, chicken and beef fajitas, prime rib (tough, but edges tastes great), salad bar, shrimp chowder, soft serve, cinnamon sugar dusted chips, and 3-4 types of fruits.

Even though the presentation lacks luster, but the flavor was great. Soft serve was the highlight. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall a good comfort food spot.

This business steals stock photos online then claims the food as their own. The quality of what is actually served is not even close to reminiscent of what is portrayed on their menus/marketing.

They should be ashamed of themselves for both ripping off other people's hard work in the food industry and actively deceiving customers. Do better.

The buffet was not good at all and over priced
It was 💯 better as a bar .

I hope owner sees this review as a constructive criticism and works on enhancing their flavor of their food and the concept of the restaurant.

To start off, we decided to eat here because the Klamath Falls website recommended the place. I am not sure why the website and the title of the place is called “buffet” because it’s simply isn’t.
THIS PLACE IS NOT A BUFFET. Period.

**It is primarily a Mexican restaurant with the option of a small selection of a salad bar and small selection of American dishes. **

The food lacks flavor and seasoning. The beans and rice taste like can food and the rice tasted like instant rice. It truly lacks the true flavor of a Mexican dish.
Unfortunately we will not be eating here again or recommend travelers to visit here. Mostly because it was false advertisement by the city of Klamath and the owners of the restaurant by naming this place a “buffet”. IT IS NOT.

I would have given it one star but added the second just because the person that greet us (which I presume is the owner since she is in the front page of the restaurant menu) greet us with a great customer service.

Please add more options to your dish bar of different dishes so that one day it may be called an actual buffet, and work on enhancing the flavors of your dishes as all the food is tasteless and heartless.

There is no love in any of your dishes.

it was hot inside the building, flies everywhere, the drinks are warm and u gotta ask for ice which is weird, the buffet food was cold, greasy and the chili relleno tasted like it had soaked up water into the breading. my stomach hurt rly bad after eating here and it was like $17 a person. they cut the cheesecake into tiny slices and let it sit out warm. overall a gross experience will not return ever. I wanted to ask for a refund since my plates were left barely touched but I don't like to complain. ive waited and thought about not even leaving a review but it just was gross. the queso was horrible very watery and weird. the horchata was off. Oh and the ice cream machine doesn't work right or something because there were large chunks of ice in it and eating ice cream not expecting a crunch and getting one gave me the ick

Stopped for lunch from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by the different options they had to choose from at the buffet. The young gentleman that waited on us was extremely attentive and polite.

I was with a large group, and our service was awesome. The new salad bar was great once they changed out the lettuce. Someone in the group brought that to the managers attention. Lots of dessert choices, other restaurant choices were put out which was really nice, soup choices, ice cream. I would say it's the best salad bar in town as far as choices. I would definitely come again. The price is worth it.

We were greeted by Elizabeth the owner, who also offered to take a picture of our large group.

Kid-friendliness: Our group has gone back by themselves. Very enjoyable

Went to the new sizzling downtown restaurant. It was the worst food and experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The only American food was greasy ribs, burnt potatoes and hard bread. The enchiladas consisted of a dry crunchy tortilla and not much else. We sat down to eat what we had reluctantly put on our plats and couldn't get past a few bites. There was also shrimp tails in some sort of creamy dish I couldn't identify. Then if that wasn't bad enough I was charged full price for a meal my family and I didn't even eat. Don't waist your time and money on this place. Would give it 0 stars if that were an option.
