I have been in Klamath for a week, I went one day and I repeated, it has a lot of variety and everything is very good, a lot of quality and the staff very friendly. Every time it happens I will repeat.

I’m from Oahu, Hawaii & we know a lot of Mexican trucks there with authentic food. This truck right here did an amazing job, the mangonada was super refreshing & the best I have ever had. The birria tacos were delicious, they did their big one on our order. We love it here! I highly recommend, they also have great customer service & prices are reasonable. Remember lunch truck owners have to make their profit at the end the day. I know because I’m a Hawaiian food truck owner in Lakeview Oregon and I know how it goes in the food truck world. I ordered chicken enchiladas and a birria taco via door dash. Maybe that was my first mistake. The food was so incredibly dry I didn't finish my meal. I'm very disappointed and won't be going back.

Food is decent - the shredded beef chimichanga was incredible, but very sweet (my husband said it tased like cinnamon; I felt it was more of a corned beef) - the burritos are MASSIVE. I was not impressed with their salsa, not chunky nor authentic. Very friendly staff - will def try again ?

Hands down the best meal we ate during our 3 days in Klamath Falls for work. Friendly service, great flavors, large portions, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend, even if you are just passing through.

The QuesaBirra tacos are the BEST! Great presentation of the food and LOVE the fresh radish and cucumber that comes with. Not sure if they make their own salsa but it’s good every time.
