Really great place. Hours are a little unpredictable - I've been watching for the open sign for quite some time . Glad I was finally able to try out. I was not disappointed! The sticky bun was fantastic!

Every time I go in to this Bakery they are out of simple things before 930 am... the people who show up before 10 are cared about. If your past that time your getting scraps and they don't care!

Green Blade Bakery in Klamath Falls is truly a hidden gem that any dessert lover or foodie should discover. Tucked away, this bakery offers an impressive selection of treats and baked goods, making it a delightful stop for anyone with a sweet tooth.

One standout item that absolutely blew us away was the Jack Daniel's bread pudding. It was so good—rich, flavorful, and with just the right amount of boozy kick. It's a must-try if you're visiting!

The service at Green Blade Bakery is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help with recommendations or answer questions about their offerings. The bakery boasts a wide range of choices, from pastries to cakes, so there's something for everyone.

In summary, Green Blade Bakery combines great service, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious treats, making it a must-visit spot in Klamath Falls. Don't miss out on their unique and delectable Jack Daniel's bread pudding!

I love that their pastries are "European-like" and not overly sweet. I also love the buttermilk biscuits. Being from Alabama, I know a good biscuit! And always friendly service.

I found this gem shortly after moving to Klamath Falls 5 years ago. It was like finding a little Parisian bakery in a vast desert of grocery store garbage. If you like excessively sugary donuts and breads made in a factory full of preservatives....this isn't the place for you. If you want to experience what true pastries, croissants, breads and scones taste like, don't waste any time getting there. The breads are amazing and honestly I've never had a baguette that actually had a beautiful flavor like Green Blade's. I was never a fan of scones until I tried the lemon poppyseed and now I haven't found one in this shop that I don't like. The peanutbutter toffee cookies are to die for! Oh and shop early...the goodies don't hang on the shelves very long!

This place is truly a gem in Klamath Falls! You have to try the almond and apricot scones. ? They are dangerously good. If I ever wanted to bring an office gift, Green Blade is the way to go! They also have wonderful breads and other delectable goodies. Go early! They are so good that they often run out of items because locals and travelers love them too.

My family has been coming to Green Blade since we moved to Klamath Falls in 2013. While things have changed within the building, the service and exceptional pastries have gotten better with every year. Prices have gotten higher but due to inflation and upkeep, I'd rather pay a little more than have Green Blade close and we lose an integral part of our community.

My older brother and I stop by every Saturday and get our pastries and bread for the week and Sandy is always there to greet us with a smile and a "good morning!". The other employees are also kind and treat us very well, hence the 5/5 service.

All of the pastries are phenomenal but some of our favorites are: the dark chocolate turnover, the ham and cheddar croissant, the standard croissant, all of the scones, the double berry Danish - I could just go on and on! Their bread and rolls are also so delicious and if you can get it, the pizza dough makes for an amazing homemade pizza.

One thing I do wish they would put on the menu as a permanent fixture is the buttered cardamom knots. I'm not even kidding when I say they are some of the best pastries I have ever had and I think about them every time I go in.

Thank you to Mike and Sandy for being some of the best people in Klamath Falls. We would be lost without you!
