Shutdown on a Saturday evening? Waited 80 minutes for a Doordash order before Dasher tells me that the doors are locked and the drive thru is closed? I tried called several times, no answer. I'm sure not the workers fault there, but JintB supervision, people are paying $12 for a sandwich to you these days, you're going to go out of business

I enjoy stopping by Jack in the box on road trips and never experienced one like this in any way. I went through the drive through. They took my order and one car in front of me. It took 22 minutes to get my one item. I would have backed out or continued but was wedged in and couldn't leave. I then asked if I could get a spoon and they said they only have knives.

I am writing this review as I sit in the Drive-Thru once again for over 20 minutes what's absolutely no other vehicles nor anyone even eating inside. I don't know why I even come here because this happens every single time. Then my food's cold when I get home.

The s l o w e s t drive through......30 mins running my car. No one inside eatting at tables. I was stuck in middle with 10 cars in line. DONT GO HERE IF YOUR GETTING BACK TO WORK. YOU WILL BE LATE. chicken sandwich tasted good but lettuce was like yuck sitting in along line getting cooked my chicken. I gave them a chance once again. Don't eat here if you don't have the time!

It's alright really I mean for a drunk or munchies night oh hellll yea. Can't not like jack in the box. Are buildings a 50/50 for fast good service but honestly that's all fast food around town. I recommend the mushroom Swiss burger big fave. Oh and the breakfast platter is really not that bad and for less then 7 bucks you gotta deal.

In the box because I like their sourdough burger Michawaba lala likes their hamburger patties For the most part, we go in the evening and their service is really super slow to take the orders and to get the food ready. And there's not really that many people eating there for it to be so slow

Ordered through the drive thru. The person taking our order kept messing up. Told him to cancel the order and start over. Finally, someone else got on the mic, and he got it right the first time. We got our food and parked. We got everything, but the sandwich i ordered was a mess and difficult to eat.

This is like the third time we have tried to get a chicken pita and they can’t ever get it right. We got home and saw this, the owner needs to care more about his customers and quality of the food. Also, the employees are rude and openly talk crap about the customers while in the restaurant. If you feel like being frustrated, wait forever for your order, and eat poor quality food while the crew is talking crap about you, this is your place. Owner, don’t tell me to visit a website and waste more of my time, I really deserve a refund. Our name is out here to be seen by everyone, why don’t you ever give your name? Too embarrassed?

I ordered a cheese burger a cheese cake and fries and you guys didn’t get my cheese cake or my cheese burger and still charged me. You guys took like 20 minutes to get my food, and my fries were soggy. Jack and the box needs to do better…

I love Jack in the box ...but dame this one here in Klamath falls needs to get it together.. there food has gone down hill ...like how you gonna serve frozen Patty's that are still pink ... There crew members are rude and act like they don't wanna be there .. 🙄 but the #1 thing is that there soooo slow!!
