Great food, friendly employees. Took the employees recommendation on the best sandwich and was not disappointed. They also displayed a great deal of patience with a difficult customer that was in front of me in line.

Ordered via the app, went in 10 minutes later. Waited another 40 minutes. Did not get my order until the store was almost completely empty. The standard line moved very quickly, while my family waited 50 minutes in total. Worst experience ive had at any Jersey Mikes.

Food’s pretty good club sandwich is the best. I’m kind of disappointed as a veteran. They don’t have discounts no more they did when they first open now they don’t to who it may concern. There’s a lot of us vets out here that don’t make very much money I’d like to have a discount. Thank you

Forgot my sandwich that I ordered from doordash so I went with out dinner and had to do reorder for another restaurant on door dash. Need to read the ticket and make sure you have everything in the bag before you send it out to the customer.

Great sandwich and service was super fast.

I was not IMPRESSED with the food , staff was kind and curtious except one who. was cold a distant . but then my food came and I didnt like the bread , meat was tasty but brown spotted lettuce ,. turned my appetite away. after second bite of brown spotted lettuce . this was my 2nd time ever in different state , different town they let me down. the first time I good there day food posioing in az. after disregarding red flag of some puking in the bathroom .... i gave them second chance , even then I took all my will power to go inside . not impressed, not going back.

I was there the day before yesterday. The dog jumped up and put its paws on the counter and the owner immediately pulled it down. The worker came around and gave the dog a treat, pet it and then went behind the counter and washed her hands and then put on fresh gloves. The child was in a highchair and wasn't bothering anyone. The entire environment was so pleasant and friendly not to mention extremely busy. The crew handed the crowd with grace and a smile.

Very disappointed. Me and my family tried this place tonight (klamath falls)..never again! Very rude customer service ...their was a child behind the counter sitting in a booster seat on the floor..the store was dirty..a dog came in the store and jumped onto the counter..a worker pet the dog then continued to touch food..then the dog peed on the floor and nobody said a word.

I ordered a white bread, steak, cheese, and mushroom but got rosemary bread instead. This is the second time this has happened.
However the sandwich mentioned above with white bread is amazing!!
