We just visited this location with a pick up order from the app. Upon returning home and eating half way through the sandwich we noticed the bread covered in mold. When I called the store to see if they would refund us and make a new one they would either remake it or refund but not both for a $13.00 sandwich. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home and they could not refund me $13.00 for my time, and remake me the same sandwich without mold. I would not recommend this location after this experience. I’d recommend trying the new Jersey Mike’s down the street.

We are just down the road from Jimmy Johns and they are always accommodating, no matter what the order is!!! A quick meeting or just a lunch for the staff. Food is delivered with a smile and prompt! When we go in to the restaurant, they are smiling, friendly, and quick... even during the peak times at lunch. They remember us and what we order... so there is always friendly banter. Love our Jimmy Johns!!!!

Ok changing my review because it seems like they always forget something on my sandwich. So this time I ordered a #5 Vito ordered with Brendan and added mustard mayo and peppers. get the sandwich and it's missing mustard, I go up and ask for a side and the sandwich maker brings 4 packets and hands them to Brendan and he hands me 2, I ask for the other 2 and he was reluctant to hand them over like an inner battle inside but he loses and hands them over.
Now that they toast the sandwiches, I found my sandwich very very delicious.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich place. The one in Klamath Falls is great. My sandwiches are always ready when I pick them up after ordering on-line, and the staff there are super friendly.
