Twice in the last week I have tried to have JJ delivered and twice they have called me saying they have no drivers. The first time I cancelled my order but this time I had to go on and pick it up because I was ordering for my autistic cousin. When I got there I had to wait in line for 10 minutes as the order wasn't ready on the pick up shelf and they only had one cashier despite another guy pacing around the back area while attempting to half juggle something in his hand. They told me the lack of drivers is because of a shift to doordash instead of their self delivery, but if that's the case they either need to still staff drivers, turn on their doordash storefront again, or turn off delivery entirely. I've been ordering from JJ since I was 16 and this entire situation is absolutely unacceptable.

Extremely rude staff . Don’t have allergies to food and come here you’ll get mocked and laughed at for asking about your options. Didn’t even get a chance to order I just asked about ingredients in bread and got laughed at and told I could order a lettuce wrap . Terrible place with terribly rude employees.

It was a good sandwich don't know if $10 is a lot for the small size but Burger King charged Me $33 for a #1 & #4combo meal so was JJ to much? Seems fair after Burger King rip off.....

Over priced for pretty much getting just bread. Little to no meat & cheese, only topping that was of decent proportion was pickles, but at that point it was a pickle sandwich. Charged me over $10 for a kids sandwich with salami, tomatoes, & mustard! Absolutely ridiculous! Really wish Triple J’s was open on Saturdays!

They say they offer delivery but the range is only two miles from their store. It's insulting. Why even offer the option? Oh yeah just to charge you and extra $6. Every time I get something my order is messed up, something forgotten or no napkins. And never and apologies or compensation. Always a waste of money. ALSO THE OWNER IS A TROPHY HUNTER. Disgusting establishment. Hope it's dismantled soon.
Vegetarian options: They'll never listen to any dietary restrictions. They just want you to pay and get out.

They rarely update the website with availability and their phone goes directly to voicemail after the website tells you to call the store. $10 for an 8 inch sandwich with the barest smattering of toppings. Even when extra product is requested it comes with the same amount as a light request. It's not like there are many delivery options here so maybe realize that a lot of people depend on being able to get their lunch to continue working. You really need to do better for what you charge folks.
