They say they offer delivery but the range is only two miles from their store. It's insulting. Why even offer the option? Oh yeah just to charge you and extra $6. Every time I get something my order is messed up, something forgotten or no napkins. And never and apologies or compensation. Always a waste of money. ALSO THE OWNER IS A TROPHY HUNTER. Disgusting establishment. Hope it's dismantled soon.Vegetarian options: They'll never listen to any dietary restrictions. They just want you to pay and get out.

They rarely update the website with availability and their phone goes directly to voicemail after the website tells you to call the store. $10 for an 8 inch sandwich with the barest smattering of toppings. Even when extra product is requested it comes with the same amount as a light request. It's not like there are many delivery options here so maybe realize that a lot of people depend on being able to get their lunch to continue working. You really need to do better for what you charge folks.

Pre-cutting and layering the cold cuts creates a compressed slab of meat and cheese that is no fun to eat. Didn't appreciate the looks I got when I didn't tip their $9 sub either. No thanks.

I like that you can get any of their selections in "Little John" size. It fits my Ww points much better than regular size.You can also get extra lettuce and tomatoes. Very filling.Staff is friendly, neat, efficient, and freaky fast.There is always a positive and community feeling about each store.You know what you are getting no matter which store you are in You can be dressed to the nines, casual,in sports gear, and you get the same service and food preparation.

The only complaint I have is that I wish they had the option of putting the cold cuts and cheese before lettuce and tomato in my roll. Why put the lettuce and tomatoes in the inside. However, their sandwiches always taste so fresh; it's worth taking the time to "fix" my sandwich.

None of the workers were working, they were standing around practically picking their nose. our order was completely wrong...had to go back for missing food items....manager needs to do there job.

I was called and told they are no longer accepting delivery orders after 8:30pm. (On doordash it states 9pm is the cut off.) It would be pretty easy to just update that on DoorDash to not waste customers time. The person I spoke with was nice about it and stated I would not be charged for the order. However I was still charged for the order and had to go through DoorDash customer service for a refund.
