Spent nearly 40 dollars on a bucket of chicken that was absolutely horrible. Not sure if it was left out or over cooked..or both, but it didn't get eaten non the less. We also opted for 2 slaw and 1 mash, but for 2 mash and NO gravy. We called in and they said they would honor replacing it. 4 days later spoke with Manager Marcella I believe, and she would absolutely do nothing about (she did offer half off). Couldn't believe it. We even had our receipt, but to no avail. No matter what we will not be going back there, and I encourage anyone who's thinking of spending their hard earned money at this establishment to think twice. Safeway is right down the road as well as mia and pias, and they have great chicken and better customer service.

My husband went to KFC in Klamath falls at 11:10 am today. He was told the original recipe was not done, and there would be a 20 minute wait. If you advertise to be open at 11:00
then have products ready for that time. Do better KFC!

I have not been to KF KFC for about 10 years because of the sucky food. Decided to give it another try. More money and lesser portions. The drumsticks look like freaking game hens. They are almost laughable. Their were no customers in there, however it was very noisy because of the employees bickering. I really do not know how they stay in business. They need to close down and put a family restaurant in its place. And we ordered the 4 apple poppers the lady who did not wait on us gave us a pot pie. What the hell. I could've taken the pot pie. But did not want it. Finally the guy who did wait on us did bring us the apple pie poppers. They need to get their act together.

KFC really brought back the heat with their new spicy wings! They’ve got just the right amount of spice and a great crunch, and if you have them tossed in the honey BBQ sauce it takes them to another level. They honestly remind me of the wings they used to have years ago—I could easily eat a whole bucket of these.
This location also had a Country Fried Steak meal that came with mashed potatoes, gravy, a biscuit, and coleslaw. The steak had that classic Original Recipe flavor, and while I wish it was a little crispier, it was still a solid meal. From what I’ve heard, it’s only available on Wednesdays and at select locations, so definitely worth checking out if you can find it

Went through the drive through, the girl taking my order was polite and very helpful! By the time I got to the window she had my drink and food ready. I believe her name was Olivia, and she was on top of her game. Fast service and good food. One of the best drive through experiences I’ve had in a while

Love the crispy skin and flavor of the Original Fried Chicken. Staff is friendly, helpful, and fast. Loved the fries. Restaurant is very clean and orderly.

Went in for a simple drink. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes while the employees ignored me. 10 minutes for just a drink? That's some odd time management. Don't go inside, hit the drive-thru.
