Got a 16pc family bucket, drove out to Keno to have dinner with my dad and found out they didn't include our buscuits! So disappointed!

Sadly yet another experience of an incorrect order. Last time is was a bucket of original recipe instead of extra crispy. Today it was missing Cole Slaw and no butter or honey for Biscuit. I guess it's time to find another chicken option. I even saw dine in customers going back to counter for missing items. That should've been a red flag. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Ordered (2) 3-piece tender meals. I was told there was a 3 min wait for fries and to park, that they would bring it right out to me. After 25 min, I decide to go inside, to find out - they forgot about me. By this time, my fries were cold. Waste of money and a lunch break. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered on the app so we didn’t have to wait. Walked The app said the food was ready after 10 minutes of waiting for staff to help after asked to help us. The order is NOT even made. There’s four people here and it’s ridiculous. Their attitudes are so disgusting. I will not come here again.!!!!!

Good standard KFC food. Service is lousy. For the second time going through the drive through they have not given us any napkins or utensils. This time they also did not give us butter or honey for the biscuits. No napkins with fried chicken!

The food is as good as it's been for years however the price of it has gone through the roof Chicken is the cheapest food on the market there's no reason why we should be paying $3 a piece for chicken and $3 for a soda prices were ridiculous.
