Well once upon a time King Wah had great steaks at great prices. Not so much anymore, after waiting over 30 minutes for a completely inedible steak. My knife didn't want to cut it ... I couldn't chew it and sent it back ...the response was well they are all that way so we can't remake it , do want want something else ? Well it was time to go and I said just take it off the bill. Well I got it back and was told to give it to my dogs. We've been regular customers and have had zero previous issues but the full price $$ 17 steak did not come off the bill in any way. I will not return and can no longer recommend this establishment.

The service on the phone and front is absolutely horrible and she was insanely rude. The wanted us to bring all of our food back all the way across town so the "cook could compare" what the food looked liked to see if out order was truly wrong. WHAT

Being from San Francisco, this Chinese food is mediocre. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Very good menu. You don't find Chinese restaurants with American food too. This worked really well for my husband and me. I love Chinese food. My husband not so much. So this worked really well for us. The service was great the food was great!

The food was good. Good cook. He can walk the wok. The waitress was very very very very very very knowledgeable and is second generation at this restaurant, she really knows her stuff.

My last review was 2 years ago during the pandemic. The food had very little flavor. I told myself I wasn't going again until this evening because I remembered how good the food used to be. I thought after the pandemic things would change. Still lousy food. I can't understand how a restaurant could make such good food for so many years and just go to crap.

Just what we needed, when we needed it. Arrived after a long drive about 25 minutes before they closed hoping for a quick plate of noodles. Disappointed to be told that they were closing and couldn't seat us. We decided to grab a take out anyway. Ordered some familiar dishes, Lo Mein, Mongolian ets. Got some advice from the staff. Food came out in 10 minutes or so, piping hot, and very tasty. The portion sizes are very big...would have been nice to know that when we were ordering. The prices are on the high side at 16-17 per dish, and we were annoyed at not being able to sit down, but at the end of the day the food was good and that is all we needed. Good spot for recognizable, American style chinese food in a local setting. We will be back

Food and service are always good even when they get busy. The one time something happened staff corrected and apologized.

This food has been a staple for 30+ years and it just keeps getting better!! King pao, Mar Far, BBq pork, and sweet and sour are on our weekly "treat me" plan!! When I was in college, we would go there for Kamakazis and dancing but now?!? My adult kids love the food as much as I do!! Give it a try!! You won't be disappointed!!

This is hands down, the best Chinese food I've had. As I've lived in the San Francisco and Seattle areas since, that's saying something. I lived in Klamath Falls, Oregon for 35 years and my husband worked for Tim Mah who owned King Wah. The new owners have kept the same fresh, delicious menu and I've never found better bbq pork or general tsoa's chicken.
