I have eaten at BBD in three states. This one was the worst. Food was cold. A baked potato wouldn't melt butter. Took 45 minutes to get food. It was 8pm so it was not busy.

Always good foodI went to the Black Bear in Klamath, and I was very disappointed with Black Bear in Klamath. The wait was super long, and the food sucked That being said, it's the first time I've ever been disappointed with Black Bear Diner. My comment wasn't meant for approval by black bear diner. It was meant for improvement. Klamath falls black Bear really disappoint me. My food was so overcooked. I almost couldn't eat it.

It was busy since Denny's is closed for maintenance. The service was good, the food delicious. I wish I'd have taken pictures of the food, but we were so hungry, i forgot ?.
We got the French dip and pot roast and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Homemade gravy, bacon ranch and tri tip was sooo tasty. Service was excellent explaining sides and recommendations. Will definitely be back:)

I was kinda disappointed, usually the food is better and service is great. This time, food was just ok and the waiter was good but trying to pay the check to leave, was not. Took 8 mins for them to notice us at register and another 5 for someone to come.
