My dad is 88 years old and he used to get "sweet bread" for a nickel. As much as I can when I'm in Klamath falls I pick him up bread here and he always loves it. Puts a smile on his face every time.
A hidden gem. I drive past La Perla nearly anytime I go somewhere. It is a bit hidden from view. I finally stopped in after several years and was pleasantly surprised. Great cooked to order food at reasonable prices. More than just baked goods. We are talking tamales to die for and tortas to kill for.
