I would like to make a complaint about the service I received at the Klamath Falls Little Caesars this evening. I placed my order through the little Caesars app at 6:58pm. I received a notification that my order would be ready at 7:39pm. I went to the location and there were several people in line who had been waiting over an hour for their orders.
