The manager Scott should not be a manager whatsoever his professional skills are nowhere to be seen or heard of! I went in for an interview about 2 weeks ago, he told me to bring in my ID & SSC so he could take a picture for HR so I did (mind you he took a picture on his personal phone) I have been trying to contact him about the job. I went in and called everytime has been a run around. Clearly, he has been ignoring me, clear as day! Tonight I drove by and saw him and two employees standing at the counter chatting so I decided to call in and see if I could contact him about deleting my information off his phone and that I no longer wanted the job. When I called, one of the employees told me when I asked if Scott was there. "He couldn't disclose that information," and that employee, along with Scott, were playing games and laughing in the background. That employee put me on hold so he could tell Scott I was on the phone. Finally, after a few "on holds," Scott got on the phone. He was rude and claimed he didn't even know who I was until I discussed in detail who I was. He then told me with an attitude, my information has been deleted, and is that all I have been calling him about. Mind you, this guy Scott is very unprofessional, and measures will be taken. No one treats me like that! Oh, and that same evening I had my interview. I went inside to order 5 pizzas, and he gave me an employee discount! What a gem he is giving out employee discounts when not giving a job to go along with it. Maybe you can get an employee discount without a job too!?!? Also, one of his interview questions to me where "If you could be any animal, what would it be?"

Laziest bunch of people ever. The manager is a joke and since he is related to the owner he doesn’t have to work or run a successful place of business. There is NEVER food hot and ready (it’s their logo for Christ sakes) and you get to sit and look at them look at you while you wait for them to decide to come and help you. 99% of the time you wait 10 minutes just to get acknowledged. Ran really really horribly.. surprised it’s still open honestly.

Terrible pizza, service, and took way too long. Prices are ridiculous 🙄 might as well go anywhere else. Everything we ordered was over cooked besides the crazy bread that was almost raw. They had a corporate guy there also that didn't even know the prices of the hot and ready pizza. Definitely last time going there.

The service is horrible! I ordered 2 pizzas last night, they where far from busy there was only 2 other people in the lobby when I arrived and one left with their order just a few seconds after I arrived, and the other not to long after that, I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before someone finally came to the counter to take my order, even though they saw me when I walked in and had given the two customers before me their orders, and then they ignored me standing there waiting to order, finally after being acknowledged and my order had been finally been taken I was told it would be about 10 minutes for my order to be done so I went out and sat in my car I waited about 15-20 minutes cuz I know how their service is and when i went back in to check on my order and the manager came up and had to look in the computer to see what I had ordered and he looked at me and said oh I still haven't started it, there was a big order before yours there was no orders before mine other than the two that had already been given and the customers had already left, and I said seriously? He said in somewhat of a rude snarky way "yeah", I said "okay" and then I go sit out in my car again another 30 minutes goes by I go back in check on my order and asked if it was ready yet and he said give me a minute and walks away and then about another 5 to 10 minutes later he brings me my order and says have a good night, and after getting home and opening the pizza it was not cooked completely in the middle it was still doughy and it was just completely unacceptable I can understand if they were busy but there was literally no line and they were super slow, I tried to call the store to make a complaint and they never answered the phone.

Put my order in at 6:54 and it took them 50 minutes to make two pepperonis. Not pleased I could have just got pizza from anywhere if I wanted to wait an hour. Not to mention all of the people working here act like they are high!

Brought a pizza back that was over cooked on the phone the dude was super nice when I got there he was cocky poked the pizza and told me I could have eaten it then tossed a new pizza on the counter and walked away. I work in fast food and I wouldn’t serve someone the food they tried to give me nor would I treat someone the way he treated me.

First I would like to say that Dakota west was very polite and patient with not only me but the rude and nasty people waiting. He did a great dealing with their terrible attitudes.. He was a real professional
today! As for everything else some of the other employees.. there attitude towards the customers was atrocious and they should take a class on customer service because they have none.. the food was fantastic ? andlook forward to next time.

Dietary restrictions: I guess it depends if you get one of the two employees that have respect or not the 2 gentleman I have written about they seem to have respect and courtesy towards the customer. But yes they will work with you and your dietetics restrictions. Again if you get the right person. Otherwise good luck with that
Parking: Not enough spaces to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah as far as handicap accessibility and wheelchair accessibility that non existing

Nothing is ever hot and ready it’s always a 20+ minute wait for anything at anytime. Management clearly doesn’t care keep the standards that are expected of this chain that people love so much.
The food quality is fine, but having an unmanned counter or having to wait for items that are supposed to just be ready to go during the hours posted is quite disappointing.
