I ordered delivery just now through doordash and my order was wrong and poorly made and cut. WILL NOT be ordering from here ever again and doordash would only refund with little ceasars not redeliver. Do not recommend, gave this place 3 tries and got shitty pizza and service each time. The person who answered at little ceasars wouldn't help at all.

If I could give this zero star as I would. I and other customers have been waiting 42 hours going on three.We still have not gotten our food and we are getting no information from the staff. The manager is in the back, throwing a hissy fit like a toddler. While the other two r making pizzas, and they're just stacking up there. This is absolutely horrible!

Placed my order at 11:30 got there at noon (the time the order said it would be done) waiting in the lobby while the guys were singing in the back while complaining they couldn't have music playing back there instead of helping the customers or getting my food which is at this time another half hour late. Both guys ignored my request for a refund. Huge waste of time for what was supposed to be a quick bite. Not cool.

I ordered from their website around 645pm and it said the one pizza will be ready between 720-725pm. I got there at 730 and was told that it's in the oven and will be ready soon, it wasn't ready until 815. It's ridiculous to wait for close to an hour for fast food. I know one customer never returning doesn't mean anything, but I won't be coming back because there are far better options that have the same wait time.

So we went there to get breadsticks one single bag of breadsticks and we waited there for a whole hour and found out afterwards of 2 minutes that it was never put into the system and when we ask for the manager he comes walking out from the back after he punched the wall and he was always giving me dirty looks because he knew our last name and he did not like us you kept giving me dirty looks kept glancing back at me and just avoiding us in multiple times his employee went and got him he would not come talk to us so I warn you if you go to Little Caesars on South 6th Street don't waste your time we called ahead of time and the person on the phone said 15 minutes but we waited there for almost 54 minutes this is a -800 review for Little Caesars.
We ordered on the phone for bread sticks only they said 20 min we went in we continued to wait even longer and longer they kept saying there not up yet then a hr goes by and they say there was never a order put in, when the manager Scott asked for last name he rolled his eyes and still didn't get our order, then when we complained about waiting still he punched something in the back and grabs his phone shaking his hand slowly walks up and still had no results. So we left . Horrible disrespect customer service.

Waited for 8 hours for couple crazy breads. Manager was very very rude. Desk guy was avoiding us fully. Wasn’t able to get it because they were telling us they were 2 hours behind. Well why did we wait 8 hours and still get nothing?? I’d never tell anyone to come here.

I am very upset with this Klamath Falls location. Workers were very unprofessional disrespectful would not talk to the customers at all and refusing to work with DoorDash orders they were told do not do DoorDash orders walk-ins first I waited over seven hours to get five crazy breads, which should’ve taken maybe at max 45 minutes if they’re swamped The manager was very disrespectful. And when I did get my crazy bread, they were completely burnt to a crisp. Do not go to the store I repeat do not until things change

Timing Concerns I genuinely love this Little Caesars location and have been a loyal customer for a long time. However, the wait times recently have become a serious issue. Over the past two weeks, my family and I have experienced delays of over two hours for just for a simple order of two pepperoni pizzas.
What’s been most frustrating is that this wasn’t a one-time occurrence. Each time we visited, the lobby was filled with other customers also waiting far beyond expected times. When people tried to ask staff members for updates, they would help briefly—then disappear into the back for long periods, sometimes 10 minutes or more—leaving customers confused and frustrated.
I understand that things can get busy, but there seems to be a lack of organization and urgency when it comes to handling orders and communicating with waiting customers. I really hope this location can improve its service and get back to the quick, friendly experience that made us regulars in the first place.
