Jazmin had great customer service and was just very sweet in general. My husband and I have not been there in a while do to old employees and the wait. This time food was ready really fast, it was clean and the customer service is a 10/10

In need of a serious overhaul. Our 3rd time at this location and all similar experiences with the added bonus of the cashier WALKING OUT while the lobby was full of customers waiting to place and receive their food orders tonight. We had decent crust once, but the other 2 times were so thin it was nearly burnt. Not once was anything “hot and ready”, each time we ordered online and still had to wait 90+mins and tonight we weren’t even given our order.

I have never written a review in my life. I usually don’t care enough, even if food is bad somewhere, but this place is worse than any I have ever been to anytime I come in here. There’s not a single hot and ready pizza. They blame it on ingredients not being delivered on time. But that can’t be the case when I’ve been here five different times and not once has there been a hot and ready pizza there was a night recently when I sent my wife to pick up our food and she waited an hour and then Still didn’t get our pizza. I have been to many other little Caesars in my life who all held themselves to the hot and ready standard. This place is not a hot and ready you might as well take your business to Domino’s or somewhere that’s going to be a pizza worth waiting for.

call in order that was supposed to take 10 minutes actually took 40. Pizza was not cooked all the way and comically small wings.
If you want to wait an hour or longer for a “hot and ready” pizza this is the place. Don’t look down at the floor either, it’s never been cleaned.

I placed an order for the Aquafina lunch combo at about 12 noon and set a pickup time for 4:00pm. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I wanted to have this order set to be ready when my lunch started. I showed up and discovered that had a 25 pizza order from OIT and that had put everything on hold. Okay great but that’s not my problem.. I placed an order at 12 noon to be picked up by me at 4:00pm. I didn’t get my pizza until almost 4:25.. my lunch was over and I had spent the entire time just waiting for my food that should have been ready already. I was told that walk in orders come first… in what world what does that make any sense at all? The pizza portal is advertised as a way to skip the line.

I ordered delivery just now through doordash and my order was wrong and poorly made and cut. WILL NOT be ordering from here ever again and doordash would only refund with little ceasars not redeliver. Do not recommend, gave this place 3 tries and got shitty pizza and service each time. The person who answered at little ceasars wouldn't help at all.
