It is a McDonald's. This location has a play place, lot's of seating, and is not far off the road for traveling. I did notice that a lot of people used this stop as a bathroom only, but it was not a big issue.Kid-friendliness: Finally, a play place, like what I remember growing up.

Ordered a 1/4 pounder no cheese or lettuce and they still got it wrong, lucky for me we checked the order before we left the parking lot. They replaced the burger and put in an apple pie, so not bad.

The Klamath Falls McDonald's is fairly good overall. The customer service is typically very good and I have never had issues with the employees. The atmosphere and environment seems to be fairly clean and new. The one area they really are lacking is the speed and quality of the food, they tend to take quite a long time to give you your food. Also the food can be served luck warm sometimes which is very unpleasant. Overall they really just lack consistency of service which could easily be changed with just a little more effort.

McDonald's is a C grade 100% of the time. If you can get a deal, and you are in the mood, what the hell. Tastes good, but is most definitely not good to eat on a regular basis for your overall well being. My fave is the Quarter pounder... cheese or no cheese. Do what you will. Life is stupid.
