Paid for unlimited salad bar. Got 1 salad and at 8:24 she emptied the salad bar. They close at 9. I get it, but you had a customer using it.

Mountain Mike's in Klamath is awesome. The owner helped us today and he is an incredibly friendly person. It was nice chatting with him. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was delicious.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They need to prepare more pizzas for their buffet. A sizable crowd came in and they could not keep up with the demand. At one point, there were no pizzas available for about 30 minutes. Makes it tough when you're on your lunch break.

Cinnamon and sugar does not belong on a pepperoni pizza. I don't know if one of your employees was on drugs or something but that was sick and wrong. We're not talking a tiny amount on the edge or something either. Our entire pizza smelled like cinnamon and sugar toast. It was horrible. We tried to address it right then and there. No, we dont want to wait another hour staring at your dirty kitchen. We were starving. All you had to do was refund the cost of the pizza and make things right so we could go somewhere with professionals. Instead, here I am. Shame on you for performing such a horrendous travesty on a pizza. Even bigger shame for not knowing how to handle the situation or make things right. You lost a longtime customer today and I hope someone reading this learns a valuable lesson.

Staff was exceptional. Elizabeth and Owen went above and beyond to get a pizza made fast but not making me feel rushed when I showed up just before closing time. First time checking out this pizza chain. I'm just glad I tried it in this location with this staff first.

1. The pizza was great, loaded with toppings.
2. Friendly staff, very hard working and positive customer service.
3. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

This location has improved since opening a few years ago. The staff was friendly. My order was on-time and the quality of the pizzas improved as well. I also liked the app and the coupons it offers.

This is the second time I came for the lunch buffet and their was no pizza. Everyone is standing waiting and when a pizza comes out it a feeding frenzy . The salad bar was out of lettuce and unkempt

Had a good pizza and salad meal here. Good atmosphere and clean place. Prices seem high at first but their pizzas are loaded and quite big. A small was plenty for the 2 of us and our bill with that and a salad came to $30. Very reasonable any more.

This place is not here yet, but it has a lot of potential to develop in the right direction. With a quality team that is dedicated to consistency and quality, it could soon be an anchor. My meal was prepared excellently—the pizza was fresh, tasty, and you could taste the quality. With a decent staff and attention to detail, this place could be a night out or a weekend place for friends.

While the grub was impressive, I did expect a bit more out of the atmosphere. I was hoping for a few TVs in order to watch other games and hear some sports commentary, but the setup was skimpy there.

Pricing-wise—yes, it's quite pricey. But food quality is worth at least an inaugural attempt.
