ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I returned my meal (I gagged on the salt content and the obvious previously frozen state of my steak) Got almost everyone's food wrong. Worst part..the manager was sitting behind us and had to walk past us and down the stairs to correct our bill (my returned meal) and didn't say a word. My husband takes his clients here for duck season on average 2x per week...not this year! Mr.Manager...enjoy drinking all the restaurant booze and playing games with your buddies upstairs while you can...because those will likely be your only customers...and Im pretty sure they aren't paying. Ive been in the hospitality business for 30+ years...I would go to Sizzler before here...

So, usually when I go back to a Restaurant for a 2nd try, it is because I really enjoyed my first trip so much I wanted to go back, or it is because it was so bad that I had high hopes it would improve to the level of "edible". Rarely it is to find out that a place I have praised has fallen into a level that is less than eating at McDonald's. Tonight would have celebrated my Wife and I wedding anniversary, an even that while normally mundane to the World, is an event extraordinaire to myself, as I have 2 ex-wives to prove that life with me is less than a merry-go-round. So off we went to what I thought, from my experience in June, the finest restaurant in Klamath Falls. It would be fair to say, it fell flat on my expectations. I was somewhat surprised to find that the staff were still asleep even though they had been open for atleast 30 minutes. Given a table that might suffice for a single person, a might tight for a party of two, unless your crowds argued differently. We were nearly alone, I say alone, the flies were a constant companion. After placing our order, a second wait person came to verify our order and to inform us that an item on the Menu no longer existed. Okay, I can live with menu changes. Placing our order we waited a very short time for drinks and wine, followed fairly quickly by Hors d'oeuvres. I was surprised in the most negative of ways to find they had taken frozen shrimp, heated them to 100 degrees and served them, uncooked. Sad, I was looking forward to this in the best of ways, only to be disappointed in the worst of ways. Did Mr. B's hire some one who doesn't know how to cook at all? Then came our Entree's . The vegetables, though fresh, were under cooked much like the Coconut shrimp Hors d'oeuvres, worse, it appears the cook cannot tell the difference between a rib eye steak and a New York Strip, served my rib eye to my wife, smothered in what was supposed to be Gorgonzola, and served me a round steak, it was supposed to be a rib eye. While both steaks were cooked as we requested, my wife's steak (again it was my rib eye) had not been trimmed of excess fat and lacked the sauces it was advertised with. My rice was cooked, but what is a side dish when your main dish is a muddled confusion? Did Mr'B's fire it's cook staff or just decide it was okay to use the chef from Mc'Donald's (or worse yet, from the Black Bear Diner)? This is not what I am willing to spend hard earned money on, not even if it was on a spur of the moment dinner. When I spend in excess of $50 for a dinner, it is because I want something spectacular. When I dine out for a celebration, I want it to be a memorable event, one that my guest reflect on for several years. Well this will be a memorable event, just not in a good way. Until I am informed that Mr.B's has had a change of management or that they have fired and hired a new kitchen staff, I will never again eat there. I suggest you find another place to eat until you hear from me, I hear there is good food to be had in Eugene, about 3 hours away. For those of you who know me, you will understand this was an experience I would never have shared with my enemies, much less my beloved wife. Please steer away from Mr. B's for now, I think they need time for introspection. Also, though the wait staff appeared to be the same as it was in June, it looks like covid-complacency has set in, and though attentive, lack the drive they had in June.

Wonderful for lunch. Their menu is awesome with burgers, wraps, paninis, salads and more. The staff is great! Will keep going back. A great experience!

Good restaurant in an old but upscale home with all its original details. Small but adequate menu. My steak was great.

Located in a converted house with indoor and outdoor seating. Social distancing and masks are required. Friendly staff. Service was a little slow. Reservations recommended but not required. Plenty of parking spaces available. Food was good value for price. They were busy and had to ask a few times on forgotten items.

For one of the only places in Klamath Falls that requires a reservation, this was incredibly cheap food with an incredibly poor waitress and a bad experience all around. She brought out our beer in a bottle and no glass. The portions were not only small but tasted like they were purchased frozen and reheated. The gluten-free options were nonexistent. The waitress was slow and it wasn’t because they were overly busy. Extremely disappointed to spend so much money for so little.

Great food, reasonable prices, excellent service and fun entertainment. The guy singing is actually good. A little loud but selections are awesome.

My girlfriend and I wanted to try out Mr B's the other day since it re-opened. We waited for 45 minutes for someone to sit us. As we waited we noticed some very unhappy people getting ready to leave because they were seated for an hour and still havent received their food. They had some choice words to say as they walked out the door. All I can say is the quality place to eat does not seem to be Mr. B'S!! We saw all we needed to see and went to eat somewhere else!! Roosters is amazing by the way!!!
