The food is edible. However, the establishment itself is filthy. After eating there recently I just can't bring myself to ever go back in. This is definitely not a personal attack on the owners, as I don't know if it's still owned by the original vendor who established the restaurant many years ago. however, it was bad enough inside not to ever return. The kitchen was atrocious.

Used to be great ?. Was really looking forward to a tasty meal. Sorry to find pork was dry and overdone with very little sauce. Mac and cheese salad was small and bland.

I've been going here for a few years. Consistent quality other than some days when the pork is too salty. I went a couple of weeks ago and Darn if they didn't change the seasoning on the pork. It was spicy and just not true Kalua pork. ( lived in Hawaii for several years several years). Why they changed I don't know. Maybe trying to be trendy? There are spicy sauces to add for those who want that. I probably won't go back. I may stop in and ask if this is the new normal. But if it is, I give it a big thumbs down.

Great place to spend 30$ for food poisoning. Do not get the kahlua pig. I’ve been throwing up for 2 days from that.

The macaroni salad is off the hook that's why I usually get two scoops but the chicken and rice is also good I like they put cabbage underneath it absorbs a lot of the juices and it's tasty also . But as with most restaurants it's what you get out of it and what you

I used to absolutely love this restaurant the atmosphere has never been that great but the food was ALWAYS on point I hadn't been here in quite some time due to busy personal life so I was very much looking forward to buying my favorite taipin teriyaki chicken not only did taste completely different my order was incorrect which has never happened before I ordered two teriyaki chicken and a kalua pig for my family and I and what I received was one of each and shoyu chicken which was so bland no one wanted to eat it and it sadly ended up in the trash such a waste of food ALL of the food was bland and dry much less flavor than I was used to when buying food here I don't know what happened to the staff that was previously working there but you should call them and beg them to come back

I wish they would clean up the dining area a bit so it felt more inviting to stay and eat. The food is good but I never want to eat there, we always get it togo do to the atmosphere.

Incredibly unassuming exterior and low-key interior but really solid food. We had delicious, tender Korean chicken and fresh and flavorful Mac salad. Service was fine, we sat in the couple of tables inside which was a little awkward but they were totally welcoming. If you want cheap, big portioned, totally tasty food I'd recommend a stop!

We stopped going cause the flavors changed. Gave it one more shot and wow was I still disappointed. Mac salad was dry and really how much pepper do you need that's pretty much all I could taste of the couple bites I ate chicken was bone dry.what happened from 2 years ago till now this place I definitely won't eat here again and I know it's no loss to them but really what on earth happened to the quality you were putting out before I give it 0 stars

Service fast. Mildly friendly workers. Teriyaki chicken was over marinated, dry, and lacked flavor. Rice was dry. Mac salad dry and bland. Overall, it's NOT a meal I recommend. Kitchen not very clean looking. Skip this place.
