I deliver doordash sometimes and the last 4 times I have picked up orders from here they do not come to the counter and ask if you need help and I've waited in the lobby for over 30 min to 45 minutes to pick up my customers food. They are understaffed, and not very accommodating to customers. They make people stand at the counter for 10 min. Before they even talk to you. 1 specific employee is worse than the others. The guys are really nice. They need to hire more staff, this is terrible. Thank you!

Ordered delivery, said it would take 47 minutes. Ended up delivered in almost 1.5 hours. It did come hot, however. The taste is not what I remember form a few years back though. The cheese is super rubbery, and it just does not taste right. I simply can't eat it, so it went in the trash outside since I wouldn't even want my dog eating any. Goodby $30. Driver was cool though.
Left over pot roast for me tonight, yeeha.
EDIT a few days later: Pizza Hut took care of me and the next pizza was OK. I appreciate their customer support.

Good prices got a big dinner box for 30 bucks perfect for 3 people. Has 2 medium pizzas and a side Dining in is empty TVs was off. Perfect for a family on a budget but still wanting pizza night

Just did an Uber eats with them. They were 40 minutes late, my pizza was missing ingredients and they forgot the dipping sauces, all of which I paid extra for. Of course by the time I open my pizza at the door they are no longer open for orders on the app.

we got the pub pizza. I didn't really care for it. I love.pizza hut, but I stay with their meat combo, and I'm happy. manager was super nice and accommodating. overall, I love the service. this is a full service sit-down location. Just FYI for families looking to get out and relax

We dined in, paid for drinks, wings, and a pizza. We never got our pizza went up to see how much longer it was going to be. We were told it was never rung up even though we paid for it, and if we wanted a pizza we can order it again

Nice looking place. Ordered on the phone and went to pick it up. They didn't have my order. I ordered wings and a large pepperoni. Took them an hour to make it. When it was ready they had made the wrong wings and had to remake it. The manager was rude. It took me 2 and a half hours overall to get my food. By the time my wings were done the pizza was stale. The cheese was clearly out of date. I will say that the guy that took my order was kind and great. He did his best. But this place ruined Pizza Hut for me.

my pizza took almost 2 hr but was out the door in 15 min the tracker showed that my driver was stopped about 5 min from my home but still took 1-1/2hrs to arrive and the driver showed up with a friend holding hands(I have a security camera that showed the interaction) so I can figure the rest out myself. Driver doesn't know how GPS works or doesn't care. No explanation and on that note I asked for contactless delivery yet she knocked several times getting my dogs all worked up which was something I was hoping to avoid.

Food is usually good, but whoever took my order was dumb. I ordered a large pizza half hot honey double pepperoni and the other half just double pepperoni, so tell me why there is hot honey on the whole pizza. I honestly just don’t like spending my money on something that I won’t eat. I guess it’s a good thing my boyfriend likes the hot honey but they are so dumb.
