my pizza took almost 2 hr but was out the door in 15 min the tracker showed that my driver was stopped about 5 min from my home but still took 1-1/2hrs to arrive and the driver showed up with a friend holding hands(I have a security camera that showed the interaction) so I can figure the rest out myself. Driver doesn't know how GPS works or doesn't care. No explanation and on that note I asked for contactless delivery yet she knocked several times getting my dogs all worked up which was something I was hoping to avoid.

Food is usually good, but whoever took my order was dumb. I ordered a large pizza half hot honey double pepperoni and the other half just double pepperoni, so tell me why there is hot honey on the whole pizza. I honestly just don’t like spending my money on something that I won’t eat. I guess it’s a good thing my boyfriend likes the hot honey but they are so dumb.

Ordered online easy to read menu and it was easy to check out and stay updated with delivery notices.
It was a few weeks ago but the delivery driver was very professional and honest! I handed him the payment plus tip and he looked at it and asked me if I meant to do that or did I give him too much accidentally. I reassured him it was not an accident and he once again asked, to double check the tip/total amount was correct. He was very appreciative and I thanked him for coming out in the dark and cold to deliver.This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered texted a driver who wanted to make sure I wasn’t handing them more than intended. That one occurred around end of October. Great job hiring those who are honest and kind! I wish I had gotten their names to address this specifically to them.

I like this Pizza Hut, they always have the relevant deal. They have stuffed crust which is rare. The staff are nice, people are generally friendly. Always on time especially with orders. Oh yeah they get tipped every time.

4 out of the 8 sodas were out. What we ordered we did not receive when we talked to the manager about it. He argued. Ordered dipping sauce that should’ve been warm and it was cold pasta was burnt and had to clean our own table.
I get a huge order can be tedious and could make it for a bit of a hectic time. What I don’t get is how I ordered three pizza’s that were all undercooked. How the crust was so doughy it got three of the five people sick from just taking a bite.. We also ordered some parmesan boneless chicken wings and the chicken was so dry and had no sauce. We tried calling them but apparently they shut their phones off at a certain timeWe paid a total of $106+ and paid $22 for a tip. Which apparently no refunds or any apology from a guy named IsaacWho answered the phone. He said was extremely rude and had no empathy about anyone getting food poisoning. All I can say is save your money and buy food elsewhere!

My daughter ordered 2 pizzas Saturday and had leftovers so she gave me a piece today for lunch and when I bit into it there was a piece of metal in the pizza. I called the manager Issac and he was confused as to why I didn’t call Saturday but I told him I didn’t eat it till today. Went to the store and he wouldn’t even come out to great us and Tina thought it was funny and she kept grinning at us.This is unacceptable

This place was absolutely disgusting. We asked for the paper plates and paper cups that they use for their door dash instead of the plastic ones they had there due to them not being cleaned and having stuff all over them. The pizza was disgusting and none of the staff were clean...

I'm NEVER going back to this or any pizza hut ever again. if you live in klamath falls i'd stop going to Pizza Hut. found metal in the pizza. Went in to the store Tina was laughing at it and Issac the manager didn't understand kept saying he was confused and couldn't even talk to us in person. Called corporate and they didn't care either so i'd be careful going there if i were you guys. I'm sorry but what is we choked on it ? Would it be funny then? This was just disgusting and the employees were disrespectful.
