We walked in with a party of seven because they have no reservation link on their website. We were met with a man that was on the phone with somebody calling in a for a to go order and we heard him negatively telling this customer “It’s gonna be a while cause we have a lot of people already” He hangs up the phone and says to us do you have a reservation we said no he said there’s no way I can get you in until 8 o’clock. Mind you it was 5:45 PM and there was tables open all over the place. He obviously was not the owner. If he worked for me and treated people like that and didn’t take the opportunity to bring that new business in and make it happen he wouldn’t be working there. It would have been a minimum of a $600 bill 👎🏽

It was the final night of our 19 day vacation, first since 2008.
The hotel recommended Roosters when asked what the best fine dining in town.
We were taken aback as we entered this establishment with its old world charm and decor. We were taken to a center table with nice lighting.
Not a fan of dark modern restaurants.
Clean table cloth almost looked starched. A waitress soon came and asked how we were, filled water glasses and passed out two menus each and a wine list.
We had agreed that being our last night before heading home, the world was the limit.
We ordered the fruit appetizer and the caviar salads my wife wanted the fresh filet of salmon I ordered for the two of use which included the lamb chops for myself.
We enjoyed a glass of wine with the start and another with our meals.
Everything was superb.
Waitress and staff engaged when engaged, and were very courteous and friendly.
I was a wonderful final experience that sweetly and romantically capped off our vacation.

This is by far the absolute best restaurant we have found in Klamath Falls. Through the several times I have been here I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. The entire staff is amazing, polite and especially attentive with young children. My 3 year old loves coming here and she is always entertained.

As for the food, the steaks are always cooked perfectly to your choice, the pork chops are grilled to perfection, and the seafood is fresh. The baked asparagus is a delicious appetizer.

Overall, I would recommend this restaurant over almost anything else in Klamath Falls for a date night, birthday, special occasion or just wanting a good steak. The price is well worth the service and food you get.

We came as a party of 11 adults and 1 baby and every single individual from the host to the server to the the assistant server to the chef made our experience superb. It was a special occasion for our nephews birthday and we mentioned that when making a reservation. We found an expertly dressed table with birthday napkins at every serving, a balloon for the birthday boy, a specially printed specials menu with “Happy Birthday E***” printed at the top. A slice of cake was brought to the table also. ☺️ Great vibe, great food, fantastic service!!!

I had dinner Saturday July 19th 2025, the food was delicious. But the service was horrible. I've never been at a nice restaurant where a waitress tells you, if I have time to get something I'll get it. I spent over $250.00 I would think waitress would treat you better. I will give roosters another chance in a couple of weeks to see how the service is. Or I might have to start eating at J's steakhouse in Klamath Falls Oregon. All I ask is for better service from roosters they have great food but please get better waitresses, somebody who wants to be in the food service industry.

Food is quite good, but service is good but slow. They charge a 2% credit card service fee but don’t tell you upfront. You don’t even receive a final bill. Have to check your text from Square and then you’ll see the 2% hidden fee which is not cool for an upscale restaurant.

Service could be better, but 12 oz USDA Prime Wagyu Ribeye for $55 earned them 5 stars. Their other steak prices are unreal, go to Portland and these steaks would be closer to $100. They cooked the steak to a medium rare perfection, and it was exceptionally tasty. Service took forever, but the steak was worth it.
