The food was horrible

I had the combo with a beef tamale. was absolutely delicious! customer service was the best also. I will be back!

The dinner was ok. I've moved to klamath Falls from California, and to be honest.. the Hispanic food in klamath really lacks flavor. The food at Sergios tastes and looks like something you can make at home. The salsa looks and tastes like everywhere else here in klamath, a bowl of water with some tapatio splashed in it with chunks of onion in it. Where the food lacks, tho, the customer service was really good. They are very friendly and were always checking to see if we needed anything and were very polite. The atmosphere at sergios was nice, quiet, and it reminded me of some of the more authentic Hispanic restaurants I've been to.

The night me and my daughter went was on a Friday. We were seated right away and greeted with the warmest welcome. The atmosphere is comforting and inviting.Not too mention, smelling amazing. The food is wonderful,can we unpack how fluffy and light the rice was?
I absolutely love the experience and plan on being back. Sergio's is definitely a gem of Klamath.

Love the service, excellent food BUT. They play American music 🎵🎶 in the lounge. Mariachi Music would be better served for those of us who love the South of the border experience 😀.

The food was great, the waiter service superb, and at a very reasonable price.

Food was okay. Service was very friendly and it's very nice inside. Carnitas was not good. The kids meal chicken was awful. My kid didn't even eat it. Very Pricey for what you get.

Friendly service in a great atmosphere. Ordered chicken fajitas with mushrooms. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. Their salsa was amazing and everything else was too. Will definitely be back.

We stopped here for dinner after arriving in Klamath Falls on our way back home from our trip at the coast to our home in Utah. This place was so good and the service was absolutely amazing! We were very impressed with how many servers there were walking around and checking on everyone. The atmosphere was really fun, and the food was so good that we plan on coming back to this restaurant on our next trip. The fried ice cream was delicious!
