This was my first visit. It is take out/cook at home only so there’s no “atmosphere” to report.The pizza was wonderful! Just the right amount of “zing” with plentiful but not excessive toppings. I’ll be back for sure!The staff was wonderful. They responded very well to my little issue which is explained in the following paragraph.The order website as experienced on a iPhone is not up to the quality of the pizza. It took me a couple of minutes and several tries to get my pizza into the shopping cart. The site (third party provided, from the look of it) needs an obvious “Add to Cart” button. Once I had the order in the cart, I couldn’t get the site to take my credit card payment. It said something about a “fulfillment” issue but I could find no missing or bad data on my end. I couldn’t tell if the order was not placed or if perhaps I’d placed it a half dozen times. Perhaps the site was partly down. I ended up calling in my order on the phone.I highly recommend this local business.

We were vacationing at Crater Lake and didn't have access to a TV with the Women's World Cup games, so I contacted a few places in Klamath Falls in advance to make sure they'd have the game on. Received a great response via Facebook and their food sounded the best after our busy day of hiking. We parked in the small lot in back and used the back door. We were immediately greeted by the bartended who explained we could sit anywhere - order with her at the bar and they'd bring the food out. She said they'd make sure the game was on wherever we were (and they did put it on about half of the screens). Unfortunately, no sound, as they had music on instead, but it worked for us. It was surprisingly busy all evening on a Wednesday. The non-table service worked perfectly so we could stay a couple hours for the game. Sodas are self service refills. Tons of games to keep the kids from being bored. There was also a big group in a party room behind the bar. They have a ton of fun pizzas, and that's what two of us ordered - the Sombrero (refried beans, seasoned taco beef, shredded lettuce, tomato and sour cream), and the Breakfast (country gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon). The personal size was plenty for dinner plus a couple slices the next day. Toppings were abundant - the crisp lettuce and bright red tomato, plus cool sour cream drizzle were also refreshing on the Sombrero. The only negative with either was the scrambled eggs apparently went into the oven with the pizza on the Breakfast version - everything came out looking kind of bland and almost ashy, but tasted great. My son chose the full size spaghetti plate with 3 meatballs and although he hammered that plate, still had plenty for lunch the next day. Service was friendly and efficient and we felt at home. Definitely recommend if anywhere in the area and you like a variety of pizzas!!!

Brought pizza home and baked it. Had my doubts bring take and bake, but amazing at how good it was. Great ?

We ordered the combo on a whim to try out Sidelines and the service was fast and pizza was great. Drive up was a really cool feature that we'd never experienced for pizza.

Amazing quality of pizza, ingredients taste fresh and very friendly service!

I called to place an order when they answered the phone they asked me to hold, I waited 25 minutes on the phone so I continued to remain on hold while the man and another coworker conversated about their sweaty hands and listened to their very loud YouTube channel they had playing and tried getting them to hear the phone by saying hello multiple times with no success I decided to continue to hold with my phone on speaker phone so that I could drive and drove to their location and was still on hold when I got to the window and the guy opened the window and I told him that I called over 25 minutes ago and was asked to hold and I am currently still on hold. He did apologize and I could understand the poor costumer service if they where busy but they only had the one customer that he assisted when I first placed on hold. Thier was no line at their window when I got there he was sitting there on his phone. Normally I would have just gone somewhere else but it is my husband's birthday and really wanted to try the BBQ luau pizza.The quality of the pizza was great and it was delicious it's my husband's new favorite. BBQ Luau pizza is the way to go. Even though our first experience wasn't the best we will definitely be return customers.
