Absolutely disgusting. The food was ice cold. They forgot a straw, no dipping sauce for the chicken, chicken was hard as rocks. Couldn't add small shakes to any order so all of my kids ended up with medium shakes. $65 worth the food that was actually worth less than $5. Will never be back. ?

Used to love Sonic, not anymore!! Worse food ever. Even my dog won't eat it! Chicken sandwich was so thin, wasn't sure it was even meat. Fries were nasty, not sure what they were cooked in and they were cold. Same with the hamburgers, cold and nasty. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Their smashers are incredible!!! So flavorful and juicy, the sauce is like a tangy thousand island. Blows the Big Mac out of the water! A combo, with a slushie upgrade, is cheaper than a whopper combo. Do yourselves a favor and get one for lunch, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was great going down, but let me tell you, I have not had issues like that since I got food poisoning in Mexico. I thought it was a fluke, so I tried it a few more times, but it has happened each time I have eaten here. I'm done double-checking and will be going to DQ instead. Never had issues there!
I've had the same experience here on several occasions when I don't use the drive-through. The kid who took my order got 1 item out of 3 correct. When I tried to talk to him, he was already gone. I was willing to take the fact that one of the drinks I got was a small and should have been a medium, but when I went to grab what should have been chili cheese fries and we're regular I was annoyed. I got one of the other employees' attention, and they rectified it and wouldn't accept my money. That would have been the end of it but I overheard (I'm assuming) the kid who took my order saying" no she didn't order that".Then proceeded to give me dirty looks through the restaurant window. I support giving teens a shot at a job if they're not rude and disrespectful when in the service industry. I won't be returning

Best Sonic I've ever been to. Facility is clean and open--loved that they had Cornhole available to play by the tables. Staff was very friendly and food was perfect. Didn't think I'd ever go to a Sonic this well run.
Kid-friendliness: Staff was super friendly to my kiddos! Nice to have a simple activity (Cornhole) for them to do while we waited.

Every single time I order, it is something totally different than what I get.
We ordered mozzarella sticks, extra marinara, chicken, and soda. What we got was a burger and French fries. We ended up having to sit in a huge drive thru line to get it fixed.
Literally there has never been a time that it was actually right.
