This is by far the best Subway I’ve been to as soon as you walk in you see smiles on faces like the employees actually want to be there. They made my experience very pleasant when I wasn’t sure what to get but they were patient and even suggested options for me. As far as customization goes there are almost no limits and the sandwich artist there are amazing.

Visited on the afternoon of 25th, and all I can say is Wow, Outstanding! The service was phenomenal, fantastic employee's this Subway has!

Soon after I walked in, the employees welcomed me in and were eager to start helping me with my order. The place was so clean and all their products were stocked to the brim! Along with that, the employees were so kind, dedicated, and upbeat. To top that off they were hilarious to have assisting me, made the whole experience that much better. The place felt so ethereal but somehow still so down-to-earth at the same time.

As for the food, it was also fantastic! The bread was so warm and soft. The meat on my American Club had so much flavor. Plus the veggies tasted extremely fresh. Also those cookies they sell are delicious! If you've ever had a bad experience at another fast food place, do worry, at this Subway they're extremely thorough and when they say Sandwich Artist, they mean it! They made me feel like I could trust that they'd make my food perfect!

I'll definitely be coming back here again! Thank you for the amazing experience!

I ordered online 2-3 times a month. The Subway on S 6th street has done a great job. I like my subs a certain way. With that being said, the South 6th street location is the only Klamath Falls stores that actually reads the notes on the online order. The location is clean and staff are amazing. Thank you so much South 6th St Subway. You guys rock and thanks for making my sandwich the way I like it. Well done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered through the subway app. Went in thirty minutes later and was told they only just got the order. Asked for a refund and was told they can’t do that. Online service can’t do so either. So they pretty much stole my money. Won’t be back here ever again. Looking through the other reviews, the owner doesn’t seem to care about bad reviews to try and make things better.

Ordered 3 footlongs. Asked to have a specific one cut into 3rds and Trish (I think was her name) made sure to read that part and actually did it which is awesome because it's for our 7year old. She messed up and forgot jalapenos and pepperocinnis on mine and I went in and told her that and she put some into small containers for me to put on my sandwich and she was extremely apologetic for it. She was extremely kind and we will definitely be going back. Favorite subway ever and we are subway lovers! Thank you!

Terrible service. I ordered on the website as a guest and it charged my card and said order done on the screen. It never sent me a receipt and I didn’t screenshot it because it came out of my account and said order done. When I went to pick up, they said there was no order under my name. I showed them the charge on my card snd they said they’d call their boss. Their boss clearly does not care. The workers tried. They called her. They texted her. She wanted a picture of the receipt which I did not have. I waited for over an hour for a $30 order and nobody checked in with me or communicated. I had to keep asking what was going on. Obviously it was a glitch but it charged me and I waited for over an hour with no communication, no resolution, nothing.
