Ordered 4 foot long subs online on March first around 6:30. Payed extra for capicola on one, and for bacon on another, didn’t get either. They also put the wrong cheese on mine. Called a couple times to resolve the issue and nobody answered.

Everything was great but they ran out of tuna so we had to change our order to something else.
Food was good and the lady who served me was really nice.

Ordered a platter and they messed it up by putting the condiments on the sandwiches. We called them and the lady we talked to/manager didn’t care, didn’t offer to make new ones or anything but gave excuses. She was very rude! It was a $60 order! I’m a word by mouth person and I’ll never go to that store! Very bad business! I want my $ back!
They don’t have cheddar cheese anymore, served me stale bread, brought back the roast beef but this one’s weird, hit or miss on service.

I went in and waited patiently in line, One of the workers( I couldn't see her name tag) Was extremely rude to a customer In front of me because the Customer had wanted ham on their sandwich the worker said "you never asked for Ham"to the older lady. The worker then rolled her eyes and stated she needed a break before she loses her damn mind. Afterwards there were 3 employees total.cross conversating and didn't even acknowledge my presence.i left

I arrived at your south 6th street store about 10:30 and I ordered a wrap and I also asked for two white chocolate/raspberry cookies and when I arrived at my destination I took the cookies out to eat and they were day old cookies. This has happened to me the last two saturdays. I was very disappointed in the quality. I will never order them again.
