Seems to be a common occurrence here. Stood next in line even after everyone else in front of us had gotten their order and left. Stood there for over five minutes while three of the four people working there proceeded to ignore us (other customers behind me too,) and all started working on other orders that were for what I presume was door dash.

I understand if those orders were before us and needed to get to them. However, none of them even acknowledged us or said anything. All three stood there making food and didn't even look at us. Honestly the atmosphere there is depressing. No customer service. Not even a welcome into the store or just to let us know that once they were caught up they'll get to us. Just a very bad situation that a simple acknowledgement from them would've been the fix to it all. Just says they've gotten bad training all around. I went to a different place to eat since it seems that they don't want people to visit the store. Door Dash is what they seem prefer to cater too.

Today, not the food. As always, not the food. After 10 minutes, patiently waiting as "next in line" with a number of customers behind me, I was astounded that the phone orders were taking precendence over the in-person customer, folks who chose to visit the Subway.

The counter staff were busy, and too busy to acknowledge everyone standing, waiting patiently. One couple brought in their own drinks. Good, because they weren't going to get any other service in a timely fashion.

I don't want to be passive aggressive, name call from behind a keyboard or be "that person" casting devious stares. I walked out. Still no acknowledgement from the Subway staff, no apologies, no "thanks for coming in", just a bunch of nothing.

Late.

The food was good, but, when you tell the customer the amount and pay with a debit card it as for what % of a tip.
I did not add one, however when I got my reciet it had put it own tip on it..WHY ??
Not that it was much, but, it was more then what I was told for my total..
Is this a automatic thing now??

I am referring to all three Subway shops in Klamath Falls. Subway needs to step up their sammich-making game. Eventually one of the many yummy sandwhich/sub shops available nationwide will find its way to sleepy, but nonetheless, hungry little town of KFalls, and the franchise owners should worry about that. They get away with wilted veggies and stale bread only because of their nymphomaniac manager.

It's really like any other Subway! The food is basically the same. The vegetables were good quality, the quantity placed on the sandwich was good, it is a very clean place and the people were mostly friendly. I prefer this one to the others in town just because of the area of town.

In line for 25-minutes three people in line none of us got help they were more concerned about the doordash order than the people in the store they told me they just got another order and it's going to be a few more minutes so I walked out

I've been to every subway in kfalls and this is the worst one. I've attempted this place twice, once in drive thru the other inside. Drive thru I couldn't back out because of a long line. How does it take 45 min for only two people in line? And when I went inside for my other attempt there was only 4 people ahead of me but yet still took forever. Went to try drive thru again waited 20 min with one car in line backed out and said nope. I'm all for giving people second chances but this place is ridiculous. 3 attempts and you lost me

Food is always great and staff friendly but I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line and then another 15 to get my food (2 sandwiches) and it was only me a one other car in line. This happens every time, going inside is always faster

Even when packed they are polite and do their best to get the orders done as quickly as possible. Food is usually pretty good too

This place is poorly ran. Food prep should be the 1st order of the day. Yet, this the 2nd time at 11 am we came into this shop to order a Boss foot long only to be told they have no meatballs ready. Really? Get it together or close down.
