Unfortunately got bad service here. I ordered delivery through the app from this location and my tacos tasted disgusting. The shells had a foul odor and taste that made me sick to my stomach. I was hoping this was just an accident and was even willing to drive out there to get a replacement. I called to let them know what happened and the guy was uninterested. He didn’t even know they did delivery through their app… He said there was nothing he could do, that you have to go through the delivery provider… which is them? I ended up going over to the South 6th location, they happily fixed this for me. I wouldn’t recommend this store, I would recommend the South 6th.

Every time I go into this Taco Bell, the cashier Kevin Is always in a good mood and smiling. I usually come in during the night time rush (between 9-10pm). Sometimes late at night there can be a long wait especially if they have 10 cars in the drive thru. Regardless of how busy they are, Kevin is always ready to help me with my order whenever I come in. He is one of the few cashiers that I am willing to give a tip to because he genuinely looks like he enjoys his job and wants to be at work.

Alyssa is one of the best workers at this franchise. She’s very sweet and kind and attentive to her work. I would definitely recommend her taking your orders she has a pleasing personality
This is by far the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and the Manager his name is Josh was horrible and rude to me when I tried taking my food back. Instead of helping he stared at me with a deadpan stare like he was not interested in being there and was very rude the whole time when all I wanted was a refund. Please take your business elsewhere.

Worst service ever. None of them were paying attention when I was speaking to them. I clearly mentioned that I am a vegetarian, yet they still served me non-veg food. This is completely against my beliefs and dietary restrictions. The staff members involved were Ed and Adam.

Cheesy fiesta potatoes? More like plain disappointment potatoes. Barely any cheese and even less sour cream. Anybody else remember when they came with green onions? I thought you could add pictures to reviews but I'm not seeing the option. Do better Taco Bell, you used to be my favorite and now I'd rather spend $2 more at an actual Mexican restaurant, your prices are up and quality is down.

i’m kind of pissed because i order from this taco bell all the time and it’s usually very good but this is beyond disappointing. i paid for an extra nacho sauce which is almost $2 and i didn’t get it in my order. as well my crunch wrap is horribly out together and basically destroyed. you guys suck for real
If your order ANYTHING with STEAK be sure to CHECK IT cause these lazy people often use beef instead. Making a killing with that upcharge by never really providing it!! This was far from my first time having this happen or I wouldn't be leaving a bad review over it. I'm sure its on purpose and pure laziness. The steak takes longer to cook and they just dont wanna do it. But yeah sure pay them more! 🙄

I want to give a huge shout-out to Vanessa at Taco Bell for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was super polite, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. Even though it was late and busy, she took the extra time to double-check our order, make sure we had all of our items, plenty of sauces, forks, and napkins. She really made us feel like she cared, which is rare to see these days. I took the extra time to ask her her name and to write a review about her.
I’ve never seen her there before, but she’s definitely a top-caliber employee. It’s refreshing to come across someone who goes above and beyond in an industry where employees are often underpaid and underappreciated. Vanessa truly stood out, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her on their team!
As a person who writes reviews often. I do realize that it's not a ways of consistent experience When it comes to food and customer service, but it's definitely to be noted when somebody does do something above and beyond.
