I am not particularly a fan of Taco Bell. At another restaurant in a different town I had gotten food poisoning. I'll never trust chicken in a Taco Bell meal again. And, Klamath Falls is not known for its class. But, this Taco Bell serves hot food, large portions and has friendly service.
No one ever there to take anyone's order even 20 minutes after opening, have attitudes when do answer and yell how they're not opened yet when they are.

I was traveling late at night and my son & his girl wanted Taco Bell. Kai helped us yhrough the drive through and really went out of her way to help us. Sometimes all it takes is a nice smile and EXTRA hot sauce to make a night memorable. Thank you for the GREAT service. 🦋
Ima give it a 2 in atmosphere, the interior design is very bland, the old style taco bell was more vibrant and full of life, food was good though

This is the best Tacobell I’ve ever been to! I’ve never had a Crunchwrap actually be crunchy before, until now. My sister says the soft tacos are the best she’s had at a Tacobell. It tasted so yummy compared to other Tacobells, which is a bit surprising the difference.
The staff was super friendly, especially the lady with blue hair who took our order.
Would definitely choose this one over other any day!

There are two taco bells in town this one is busier and better. The food is taco bell so I don't know why people expect a 5 star restaurant quality experience. The wait times are a little long but not bad at all. The staff knows that you've probably been waiting a while to get to them so they are always at least friendly. As with many places on this town staffing is probably an issue that contributes to the wait times. People will go to this place 100 times a year and one of those times their order will be wrong or not taste good to them, and all of a sudden it's the worst place in town. It is a busy taco bell in a small town in the middle of nowhere, shut up take your food and be happy. If you are traveling and just passing through this is a good stop for a quick bite. If you live here you are probably very high and going to order $40 of taco bell. You and your friends are why it's taking so long to get your food.

We had the $7 box and it was a lot of food for $7. It was delicious and you also get a Coke with it. You should try it sometime

Taco Bell are usually good. This visit was not. I went inside and it wasn’t busy. There were 5 employees up front who were more interesting in talking with each other than taking my order. When my order was ready it was just plunked on the counter. No one said anything to me and I thought it was a Door Dash pickup. I finally check and saw my name on the bad. The food was stone cold.

This location of taco bell tried to charge me 28.00 for a menu item that is 18.00.
This is not the first time they have tried this, 2 weeks ago the charged me 3 times for a burrito supreme mean at the drive thru, when i went in to get it corrected it took 3 days to refund my c. Card and my other bills had late fees that i had to pay
Needless to say i went somewhere else for dinner
