I watched the GM Angela and 3 other managers surround a single manager in the parking lot and start making her feel uncomfortable one manager was yelling and the single manager lady this was so unprofessional I then saw the one manager leave and walk off. I feel bad for this young lady.
Why have I been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes!!!??? There's no possible way it takes this long to make burritos!

Ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos. Got home to find 12 hard tacos. Looked at the reviews. Makes me wonder if the crew is purposely sabotaging the owner. Haven't ate Taco Bell for 20 years. Never again at this store.

i asked for nacho cheese sauce on my soft taco instead of the chipotle sauce because i can’t do spicy food but they put sour cream instead of nacho cheese which made me so sad because i was very excited for my soft taco but sour cream is gross to me so i couldn’t eat my taco :( to clarify the lady put sour cream on the screen then we corrected it but they still put sour cream even though the order screen said nacho cheese. very sad with my experience tonight
