Went to this location after my delivery order was messed up, I believe the original order was from the location on Washburn. Renee and Trent both provided amazing service and happily fixed my tacos. They explained the shell recipe was recently changed and even let me try a shell before they made the tacos for me! (which was what didn’t taste right originally) The shells at this location tasted drastically different. I was so happy they fixed this for me and took time out of their busy night to accommodate me! Thank you so much Trent and Renee!!!

Summer Summer
This morning around 2am I stopped by taco bell on South 6th st, My order was wrong. I oredered a volcano burrito and two beefy 5 layers burritos. The whole order was completely wrong. So I went in the drive thru, this lady came to the window and she greeted Me very kindly, which helped bring down my frustration about My order. I figured she was the manager because of how well she handling this situation, she made sure to get everything fixed for Me correctly, her name is Renee and because of her I will make sure to go back there when she is there!! She made me smile and laugh! I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves, We need more people like her in Our food industry!

as a doordasher, it’s completely disappointing when i’m told the store is closed, then told seconds after that they “still have 10 minutes on break” so if we wanna wait that’s “our choice” if you choose to work at fast food, make it FAST, please. 🙏

Got 2 steak grill cheese burritos with avocado ranch and mild sauce with my bf, there was only rice and a lil steak with nachocheese in the burritos, they gave me avocado Verde salsa instead of ranch, the drive-thru lady was nice tho.
