They let people who are unhygienic work there and they have had to fire employees for theft of food as well as the not having ingredients for almost everything all the time there or unproportioned things in your food like a cup of sour Cream to 1/2 cup of meat..and half the time at the window they r rude.

Never have my order correct. Took all the things I loved off the menu and then when you ask for it they won't make it. Example, I like the combo burrito. Just a burrito with meat, beans, cheese and sauce. I ask for it and they say it's no longer on the menu. So I ask, can't you just make me one and charge me whatever is fare. No. So I say ok I want a bean burrito and meat. This they can do. Taco Bell seriously! Put the items everyone loved back. Double decker taco, combo burrito and THE TACO SALAD! Also made teach your staff to suggest alternatives for the things you remove instead of just saying NO.

They are always out of everything. How hard is it to stock items that sell out frequently. More than half the time that I come they are out of Baja Blast. And the other taco bell in Klamath is never out of anything.Edit: They also consistently screw up the orders every time.

From when we got onto the premises of this establishment to when we finally got our food through the drive-thru was about 45 mins. It took them 20 minutes to get our food AFTER we'd already paid for it.
