If you like dirty tables and raw clam strips this is your place . Clam strips are supposed to be crispy not impossible to chew through and soggy both batches where well undercooked. And the cashier seemed upset I wasn’t happy with it. I have order this several times before but after this experience my family will not be back!

Everything i come to Klamath Falls I try to go here. The owners are wonderful and the food is great.
Really not impressed with the new fries. We typically order Chicken Shack at least once a week, unfortunately after the chicken change and now the fries we will not be coming back.

We usually take out our order from Chicken Shack. We had family in town that requested to dine in because the chicken strips and garlic fries have been good in the past. Our party of 5 received our order delivered to our table by Jed. Our order was incorrect, when asked about it Jed, was rude, argumentative, and offered no solution to make it right. We asked the cashier to speak to the manager and Jed was sent back to our table in which he continued to argue and offered no solutions. The atmosphere was negative and unwelcoming. I don’t think we will be back.

Honestly I’ve lived here for over 4 years now. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even through chicken vendor changes. Today I ordered some food to go and it was absolutely horrible. Food was cold before I even made it home (5min) the food tasted like it was prepared days ago. Chicken wings tasted like leather and the fries were stale and cold.
So we were driving through and have never eaten Chicken Shack before, but the 1000 reviews saying it’s fantastic are correct. Everything was cooked perfectly. We got Voodoo fries, cheese curds, chicken fingers, wings and a salad. Everything was delicious!!

This place was great! It was confusing to find at first when we followed GPS directions. The sign was easy to see from the road but where we pulled in was tricky. It’s behind the building that’s closest to the road to the left. The hot wings were incredible! Six were plenty for me along with the fries. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this place for some big juicy and flavorful wings. We were able to order right away. The food came out quick and there was plenty of seating.

Ch- cha-cha- Chicken..... Shack. Was phenomenal, I was super impressed how fresh the chicken tenders and wings were. Food was amazing... did I say that already? The staff was super friendly and helpful when I was making my irder... first time buyer here and I had some questions... she answered them perfectly. Recommended the habenero honey wings... which were Amazing!!!! Not too hot either. Was my first time in Klamath Falls and this was the best restaurant in the town by far. Great food, cool people, and fun atmosphere. 10 stars out of five... if I lived closer I would camp out at their front door.
