Ch- cha-cha- Chicken..... Shack. Was phenomenal, I was super impressed how fresh the chicken tenders and wings were. Food was amazing... did I say that already? The staff was super friendly and helpful when I was making my irder... first time buyer here and I had some questions... she answered them perfectly. Recommended the habenero honey wings... which were Amazing!!!! Not too hot either. Was my first time in Klamath Falls and this was the best restaurant in the town by far. Great food, cool people, and fun atmosphere. 10 stars out of five... if I lived closer I would camp out at their front door.

I’m a little upset. Normally I love chicken shack. It’s one of my favorite places. Well today was not the case. I ordered a salad and fries and sweet tea and got all the way across town to go to work and opened my bag to absolutely no ranch for my salad. Now I don’t get to eat my salad because I have no dressing. So I get to work all day without food. Then I call to tell the lady I’ll be back after work for the ranch and she blames me saying she put a ranch in there. Well I must be blind because I’m the one starving because of her forgetting. Please do better. I know people make mistakes. But this completely ruined my day.

Chicken overcooked, charges a lot extra for salad dressing, priced are ridiculous, there is no service, atmosphere cold. Treat employees with zero loyalty and treats them like second class citizens

Consistently good fast food. Only had fingers and fries. Light batter, similar to Cane's. They have all sorts of sauces for everything. Don't forget about their larger portions for larger groups - with it. No drive thru, but they do have pre-order pick up and to go.

The fiesta grilled chicken salad was so fresh and delicious!! To celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary 💖 we shared the best small (which was quite generous!) fries basket. We are from out of town, but next time we journey through, we will stop in again. Thank you so much for the great service and good food!

The Chicken Shack in Klamath Falls has the BEST chicken fingers and battered French fries that I've ever had! Whenever we travel to Klamath Falls we always stop and eat at the chicken shack. Always a nice clean environment, friendly staff, the food is made to order and is always hot and fresh. I've ate at a couple other locations in Las Vegas and it's not the same. This is the specific location that you want!

The size of the chicken tenders have been reduced by over 50%. Mine were about 1/3 the size of the previous chicken tenders. Also the fries were over salted.
Had better wings at the local pub. Spent 72 bucks just for them to get my order wrong. The garlic fries looked like they just dumped half a clove of garlic right on em. Garlic parm wings had a dump trucks worth of parm dumped on top. Everything was incredibly over seasoned or over sauced. I honestly don't get the hype. Never wasting cash here again.
