Foods usually good. Had a bad experience when we ordered mango habenero wings and got Buffalo. We have ordered them before and it was clearly not the same recipe. Whatever. Now came in 20 minutes after their order tracker said it was ready. When I approached and asked why it was claiming to be ready and was met with extreme attitude which is unnecessary as your system is telling us one thing and your cooks are delivering inadequate results. Don't catch attitude with someone who's late feeding their kids! Edit: after getting them home these are the most anorexic chickens I've ever seen! We raved about this place but two bad experiences later, I would advise to look elsewhere. The tall skinny waitress with the attitude should be let go. It's unacceptable to treat us like that.

Last couple times I ended up getting the garlic buffalo fries. Very tasty and filling! Food is very hot and fresh tasting. You couldn’t ask for more. Been very pleased with their product and their service.The people at the counter are always very friendly and helpful.

I've been to the Chicken Shack several times. Cpl times I've gotten burgers. They've tasted great, very fresh. I had their garlic fries which are awesome w/minced garlic mixed through them. Safety tip: Have some of their garlic fries on Halloween or any other dark quiet night & you for sure won't see any ?♂️?♀️ !I have found this place to be a bit noisy but TV is on & it's a family place so there are kids. If you haven't tried it yet make a point 2 take your family or girlfriend or boyfriend there.Vegetarian options: They offer several different salads. Imagine they could do it the way you like it. The food is nearly 100% deep fried except for salads & burgers. Most diets frown on deep fried foods but many younger generations count that as "their diet". Each their own right?Parking: Share parking w/other businesses so it depends on the time of day.Kid-friendliness: Yes Yes YesWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available.

The dill curds were so good! We all got different sauces to try because they have so many to choose from. The size of the tenders is huge, making the price an excellent value. You can also order them grilled instead of breaded. That is not on the menu, but they were happy to prepare them that way when I asked. The chicken was a little tough but not too bad. Due to the large size, I had plenty to take home for a great salad at home the next day.

CHICKEN STRIPS REVIEW ONLY: This place was hyped in my opinion. The chicken strips were not well done. They were too thick, the texture was off as if they were freezer burnt, and the breading didnt really have a flavor. Positives they had a great selection of sauces which were good and their fries were delicious. I heard a lot of better things of their wings but didnt get the chance to go back and try.
